Convenient, right off the highway, good place to say for the night to break up the driving for our trip. Breakfast staff was a bit slow when we wanted to get out on the road to continue driving.

I was quite impressed with this Ashville Holiday Inn. Very close to the airport but no airport noise.Bright,airy,and very clean.Large rooms but I didn't need two queen beds! When going to the Biltmore Estate don't take I-26 in the afternoon. Take the back road from the hotel-it's easy. I've reserved two more rooms for this April.

"none somoking room but smoke from elsewhere filtered into room. Noise levels from adjacent rooms kept me awake most of night. 3 am somone above or below took 30 minute shower. The noise from this was very loud and also kept me awake. Overall I would rate my experince as poor-onscale of 1 to 5, I would rate as 1 "

I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was very comfortable and very up to date. None of those ugly comforters in other older hotel. Everything on the bed was done in white and looked great! The bed slept wonderful!! We relly enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to ge off the property to have a fun. They have a restrurant and bar right there. I would stay there again for sure!!!

My husband and I just went on vacation. The location made it convienient for site seeing, the room was absolutely wonderful,,,comfy, roomy, and clean, the staff at the hotel was extremely curtiouse and helpful, and the price just made the whole package complete!!

Bar could get rowdy; if room was close, could be noisy. Mine was OK. Just your basic, run of the mill Holiday Inn.

Hotel had free wireless internet. One night stay with a 9 year old for a basketball tournament. Experienced many inconveniences which made for a very frustrating stay. Had great difficulty changing from a smoking to a non-smoking room. Dirty trays from room service left outside door. Doors did not latch properly without slamming them. Noise from that was annoying. Front desk workers were not familiar with the area and could not help with directions. Several nicer/newer properties in the area Fairfield Inn, Comfort Inn, Hampton, would have suited us better.

When we opened the door to our room we were amazed on how beautiful it is. We had to pay for local calls. The hotel was beautiful. The bed in our room was the most comfortable bed we ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was kind and attentive to all our needs. I will revisit the holiday inn again and look forward to our stay.

The front staff woman was very friendly. The halls were a bit dingy. It was a pleasant stay and things were clean. The sound of our neighbors using the water was loud. We asked for extra towels and they came quickly. The woman at the front desk was very helpful on both the check in and the check out.
