the only real issue we had at the hotel is that the staff never has time for you. they do not give information on the facilities that are there, unless you know it and ask!

Close to airport. Room was old, large dent on bathroom door and corner of ceiling falling airport.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to any one.

The Holiday Inn was somewhat expensive in relation to other Inn's in the US. Only dining facility was a perkins which was attached. Overall, i would stay here again due to price of competitors.

Convenient to the airport, swimming pool andquiet. Pool was difficult to find easily. Great for staying before or after a flight at the nearby airport!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the places my family and I wanted to visit (i.e. Canada's Wonderland). I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff EXTREMELY friendly. It had all of the amenities you would find in a more expensive hotel and I especially apprerciated that we could access a computer and printer without being charged a fee!!!!! Another good feature of this hotel is the attached Perkins Restaurant which made it very convient for my family before a long day and after one. Be aware that this hotel is close to the airport so if you are a light sleeper who goes to bed early, the sound of planes may keep you awake. It didn't bother my family at all.

Free, frequent fast shuttle to the airport. Nothing. Perfect for staying near the airport. Plus, adjoining rooms had a connecting door for visiting buddies.

Great Hotel, Staff Very Friendly and responsive. Received great shopping tips from front desk, hotel close to Woodbine Racetrack.

Close to restaurants and close to work location. The rooms were typical Holiday Inn and relatively clean, the usual two double beds. The room itself was quite large and had lots of storage space.

The staff was courteous and friendly.

Convenient location. Elevator was difficult to find. It was two long hallways from front desk.

Location is excellent. Parking is expensive. Because of the location of this hotel, there are advantage to stay here. Near the airport, major intersection of 401. The room is updated, although the whole hotel supposes to be smoke free, but I saw people smoking in their room and open the windows. The air was being recirculate into the hotel, so one could smell the cigarette smoking in the A/C. Overall, it is a good hotel at such an attractive price from Priceline.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The daily $11.00 parking fee.

Good price, free internet access. A little tired looking, somewhat run down. It was OK, goodfor an over nightie but thats about it.

I did not like the fact that parking was $11 per day.

Pool and gym. It was good. Had everything I needed at a price I could afford. Can't beat the price to quality ratio.

The beds were comfortable. Waited over an hour for shuttle, staff were horrible. I have used Priceline several times. This is the first time I got this Hotel. I will not bid on 3 star upscale again for this location in the fear of this hotel again. It was the staff that did not apologize or care about our in convenience of waiting over an hour. Also, you could not open the bathroom door all the way as you would hit the toilet. A heavy set person seriously would not be able to get in. It was very weird.

Clean, white sheet covers and remodeled room. Long walk to elevator from front desk. Hotel was nice and clean. Room was remodeled. Crisp white sheet covers made the room look nice and modern.
