It was great from beginning to end. We also flew back into town a week later and they were more than happy to come pick us up and drop us off at our car in the neighboring secured parking lot.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The chlorine levels in the pool and hot tub were astronomical - my eyes were burning!

We did the park sleep fly thing that Travelocity should get into(HINT HINT HINT). the shuttle guy was the best and I intend to write a letter about him.my wife left her glasses in the car and he drove us back to it for her. when we got back he took us top the car and helped scrape the ice off it.

The pool area is nice, but the entire hotel is rather dark. Front desk construction is going on. The resturant which is pool-side was very ad-hoc and not appealling to the eye. We elected to dine else-where. The air-conditioning and humidity levels in the building were high. But this is typical for July in Iowa. It is extremely close to the airport. (DSM)

Get area for poolside to hang out with friends and family. Could have been cleaner in stairwells. We enjoyed our time there.

The staff was great. Our room was great. The restaurant, the grill, was not up to par. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to the airport, this place is it. Right across from the airport. We didn't see too many restaurants close by, but then we really weren't looking, as we were visiting relatives. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Except for the staff at the grill, who were seemed to be crabby all the time?
