Our driver from the airport, was very helpful. I liked that they picked us up and actually took us to the mall. No free breakfast!

The room smelled wet, and looked like it was a crime scene (? stain on ceiling). Told the shuttle would pick us up in 15-20 minutes, showed an hour later. Took 20 minutes to get through to call for the shuttle.

They had no back-up toner for the only printer in the business center and could not network to other printers. No way to print boarding passes. Shuttle service was every 1 1/2 hours. Disappointing and inconvenient.

They upgraded us to a better room. The elevator very slow. The staff go that extra mile to make sure your stay is a pleasurable one, they are very friendly. I have never had such good service at a hotel as i had at this one. The room was relay nice and the pool area was very clean and taken care of.

Being renovated, when TV remote didn't work and maintenance came promptly. Heat/Air did not work well. Bathroom ventilation was clogged with dust. Ice machine was old and did not work.

Hotel is in the midst of a remodel, but it did not affect our stay. Our room had not yet been renovated, but it was clean and comfortable. Most of the construction that we noticed was in the lobby area.

The newly renovated pool/fitness room was beautiful and very appealing. The staff was WONDERFUL and even called me to make sure I was happy with all. The pool area was beautiful! The hotel staff were very clean and well-kept. Staff was courteous and could do anything for me or my stay. The new furniture and carpet was great.

Great comfortable bed and pillows.. Under construction- messy and smelled of paint - pool was not available to use. Our hotel room was great but as I mentioned having construction going on, made things messy and smelly. Shuttle offered left early and I had to have my husband bring to me to Mall of America- I had signed up and they had not bothered to check the list.

Total chaos, bad smelling, heaters in rooms didn't work, pool was not working, etc. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. I had to change rooms three times (four rooms) in the first hour I was there. The heaters in the rooms didn't work. One of the rooms smelled bad from chemicals being used in remodeling construction nearby. The hotel badly needed updating. It shouldn't be trying to continue in operation while construction is being done everywhere throughout it. It was noisy, smelly, dusty. The elevator made horrible noises and jerked and skipped floors. This hotel should shut down until the remodeling project is finished.

The cookies at the front desk, at check in. I could see mold in the bathroom. The room was far from being clean! At check in, they had cookies on the conner. Now, thoseare some good cookies! I just wish I could say that about the rest of the hotel.

I loved the remodel of the hotel. The elevator was noisy. The hotel is really doning a great job of improving the accomodations. A fresh remodel and this is one great hotel. Great job!

Free shuttle service to Mall of America and Airport. Affordable "park 'n fly" easy to find location. Room was not as clean as I'd like and peeled discolored celing in bathroom. During our stay they were under construction so things may get better. Rooms are older and need updating. If the room was a bit cleaner,I wouldn't have many complaints after the construction is done. I will probably try them again in the future. Free shuttle service is very convenient. 10 bucks a day to park there instead of the airport, seems safer and affordable.

Service at restaurant during lunch was spectacular - in just three days, the staff got to know me. They're doing construction and did work from 7 am – 4 pm. This is inconvenient for people who may be sleeping in a bit.

Attractive room. Construction and the elevators. We weren't aware that the hotel was undergoing a major remodeling and that the pool, lobby, and parking lots were either not able to be used or a bit inconvenient. It wouldn't keep me from staying there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Under construction. Location was poor in relation to Mall of America. The hotel pool was closed for 3 months due to construction. The hall carpets were ripped up. Hallways were very dirty due to construction. Very noisy early in the morning due to new carpet being installed. This is the first time I have ever stayed at such a dirty motel under construction. They did not shovel snow or plow driveway in the morning after receiving 3-4 of fresh snow overnight. On the positive side, the room itself was clean and provided a comfortable stay for my family. I'm sure that the motel will be nice after the remodeling is completed. I just don't feel like I should have had to stay in a motel under construction.

Dirty. This hotel is under renovation. Floors 1 and 2 closed. Stairwells blocked with materials. Elevator felt like it was going to stick or fail. The ceiling in my room was falling down. Bed was okay. The staff wasn't bad, but it was a really bad experience. I've stayed at Holiday Inns in the past and this had to be the worst experience.
