As part of the check in process, I was required to leave a deposit. This bit of information does not appear on any website. Although I explained that my entire trip was payed for, I still ended up leaving a considerable amount of money. I arrived incredibly tired from my trip and instantly fell asleep. I awoke to what I believed to be rain. To my surprise it was the air conditioner dripping into the room. I immediately unplugged the lamp, pushed my bed against the wall, and placed towels under the unit. The following morning, the cleaning staff complained about the towels on the floor. I was then referred to a manager, who claimed that the unit was fixed before my arrival. The unit was fixed again. On my final night I came back to my room to find that my pillows were completely soaked by the air conditioner. For the second time, I moved my bed and dried as much as I could. I found a dry place on the bed in order to fall asleep. I was greatly disheartened by the overall lack of consideration for my safety. Many problems could have come about as a result of water in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arrived late and without speaking spanish, in other words ; i was not in the best conditions to get the best deal, but I was tired and the rate was ok. This hotel is very central, rooms are very clean and globally service is good... apart from front desk; my room was terribly noisy (i m a frequent traveller, so i m used to difficult situation, but this time, I mean it). The reason was simple ; windows of my room were not properly closing and i could share the noise of the street. I called the reception and suddenly, the same person who perfectly did my checking in english didn t understand my request (simply get another room as the hotel was not full). I was sure that for this kind of hotel, this would be a simple task to do. As a matter of fact, instead of considering my request, Instead, i was explained how to cope with the situation. Fortunatly, i kept the airplug from the airplane. what I think about that is that customer service is a taff job for hotel and there can be multiple reasons for a custo;er to complain (sometime for little reaons).. but the basic of an hotel is to provide... a quite spqce to sleep... and on that, this hotel didn t do his job... which is sad as this hotel as a huge potential, great location, good service (breakfirst, house keeping, internet, etc.) So i guess this can be easily soved... but check the sound isolation of your room before coming...

It was very easy and fast to do the check in. The staff was very but very friendly and the location of the hotel couldn't be more better. It's located right in the middle of the town, next to the locals markets and restaurants.

This hotel is in the central part of Santiago and righht in the middle of everthing that you might need, shopping, resterants, money exchange,food stores and tourest related activies. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very helpfull to your needs as aa guest there. I took a friend there and he was very satisfied and he was a doctor that was used to find hotels.

when i went to the hotel i was 2 hours early they check me in they were very help ful and polite and the restaurant had good food only thing i would had like to see more domican food on the hotel menu
