I was somewhat disappointed, it did not meet up to my expectations. I would not necessarily stay at the Zurich Airport Hilton again.

They assigned us to a room that the sheets and towels had not been changed. When we called they only offered to change the sheets and give us clean towels instead of moving us to a clean room. Obviously, if the linens had not been changed, the room had not been cleaned. The restaurant food was not very good, and my husband felt ill afterward. There were a lot of very unkempt areas that we had to walk through to get to our room. Staff was not particularly sorry for the inconvenience. We would not recommend this hotel.

Good location close to airport with its train links. Free shuttle to/from airport. Also good access to road network. Housekeeping service poor....left short on towels, water and coffee sachets. Restaurant service a little erratic. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Zurich Airport Hilton is very conveniently located next to Airport. Free shuttle ride only 5 minutes from Aiport. Fact that Airport is also a train station, makes staying at Hilton, with shuttle service back and forth, convenient to Zurich and surrounding areas. Buy day pass for trains in Zurich area, for only 12 CHF, which allows access to all city trains and buses. The HIlton has modern and comfortable rooms. Excellent value. Great work out facility for weights and cardio, as well as steam and sauna. Hotel offers free use of bikes. Hotel is located five minutes from beautiful bike and walking paths through rural countryside and forests. Paved paths made for a easy ride. HIghly recommend hotel.

Very clean and convenient to city center & airport. Food is a little pricey. Highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed there many times.

Very convenient, clean, well run, although 60's modern architecture lacks charm or warmth. The rooms are fairly priced, but the food is not: 40 entrees, and breakfast at 35 seems high.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night. It was a nice hotel, quiet, big room and nice room, the staff were friendly and helpful. We really like the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport which is really very convenient for us.

The location...it was simple for us to get anywhere since we had our Eurail tickets. Nothing to report. Well, it wasn't the hotel, but Zurich is very expensive in general. The hotel was ideal for us for such a short stay. The staff spoke English, was very accommodating and immediately responded to any of our requests.

Accommodations were fine. Watch out at breakfast!! I made it clear to the attendant that all I wanted was a cup of coffee and a croissant and not the buffet. They charged me 35 CHF for it because they only offer the buffet period... I was furious to pay nearly 30 for coffee!! Beware of the buffet scam.

Modern, clean and efficient. Facilities were fine, we checked in late (11 PM) and it was no problem, they handled it fine. We left early am (7am) so we didn't get to experience much of the facility.
