While vacationing in Orlando we visited Epcot and Universal. The Hilton was very close to both and also Sea World and Downtown Disney (A great shopping and dining experience.) Although we did enjoy our stay at the Hilton, we both agreed that the price verses the quality of the room was poor. The staff, especially the parking attendants, were very pleasant and helpful. We felt misled by the ad Due to the fact, we thought we would be be able to see the Epcot ball and Walt Disney from our room. When what we really saw was the road, other hotels and some of Downtown Disney. Very Disappointing! We will look around at the other hotels in the area on our next trip.

The location is great. Nice hotel! The room not very big. From driving up to the hotel, I knew it was nice. The staff from check in to check out were great. The hotel is up to date and very clean. I can't wait to go back!

Although I was aware of the parking cost for my vehicle, the parking was so confusing with very little spaces available when I arrived I decided to bite the bullet and pay for valet parking. I wasn't, however, prepared to pay that same amount every day for my entire stay even though the valets never had to touch my car again until I was ready to check out. In addition, although convenient to Downtown Disney, getting to and from the Disney Parks was not as easy as it is made out to be. Once in one of the parks, we had to figure out how to get back to this hotel which was accomplished by taking a bus to one of the other Disney resorts, then changing buses to Downtown Disney, then walking across a busy road to the hotel. In all, it took us over two hours to get back to our hotel when it would have only taken us approximately 30 minutes with busy traffic if we had taken our own vehicle.

My friends and I went away for the weekend. All four of us are very picky picky girls and this hotel was great. We had a slight problem checking in and Debbie at the front desk took care of everything with out me having to go off. At the hotel bar Michelle was great and brought our drinks with a smile and took pictures of us. The pool was great and they have staff that brought us food and drinks all day so we never had to leave our area. The hotel was very close to downtown disney. The only down side is we had a jr suite on the 10th floor that was above the 9th floor club rooms dining area and I have never heard so many dishes clank in my life.

It was a lovely time at the hotel. I just wished they offered regular free cable in the rooms. I was rather surprised that we had to pay for parking.

Very nicely decorated, clean, fast room service. Very crowded, lots of traffic, construction going on around the hotel. We got this hotel for a steal and we were very pleased with our stay there. It's very close to all the attractions, the rooms are well decorated and clean, room service was fast and good food. Would stay there again for sure.

I liked that we were across the street from Downtown Disney, and the room itself was very comfortable, especially the beds. But, that's about as far as it goes for me. The hotel does not provide transportation to and from the airport - you have to pay extra for that. We also upgraded our room to a Junior Suite and were surprised at how small the room was. We also did not have a fridge or a microwave, just a mini bar fridge that we weren't allowed to use as a fridge, and we didn't want it open anyway since we have 2 small children and it was stocked with alcohol. The room was supposedly "clean" but that made me wonder. We ordered breakfast through room service and they charged us 22% gratuity, and then the attendant waited for an extra tip. Overall, I think the hotel is just okay. I definitely won't be staying there again, as I would prefer to be closer to the parks and at least the Disney owned hotels provide you with free transportation.

My new husband and I went down to this hotel for our honeymoon. The room was very comfortable and the staff were awesome. The restaurants were very good and the Disney store in the lobby has a little bit of everything. We saw the best fireworks in the world on the 4th of July right out of our hotel window. 5 shows going on at once. It was spectacular! Room service brought us up a bottle of champagne and we had a blast! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that just wants to relax and enjoy!

Everything was great in the hotel, until the end when we found out the valet services charged per day even though we didnt use the car and they told us when we arrived that it was ONE fee for the whole stay.

Nice lobby and rooms. Too impersonal and expensive to dine. Overall it was great and the pool was fantastic for the kids.

the hotel was very clean and nice. my complaints are with the hidden fees and the check-in process. on the website it says that parking is free. they charged me $8.00 to park and also charged for internet usage. the location was great - right across the street from downtown disney. i was very dissappointed in the staff. when we arrived we arrived 30 minutes prior to check-in time and were told our room was not ready to come back in 30 minutes. i did not have a problem with that as we were early. we came back in 40 minutes (which was 10 minutes after check-in time) and were told our room was still not ready to please come back in 15 minutes. when we came back our room was still not ready and the manager had to be called in to go check the room. we expected our room to be ready at check-in time. they never apologized for the inconveniece.

My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and can't wait till we can go back again! The staff were all very friendly. I had doors opened for me, and was greeted with a "good morning" everyday. The pool was amazing. The night we checked in, we went down to the pool and they were showing a movie on a projector screen, so you could swim and enjoy the Disney movie. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel was clean and the staff was grate. Downtown Disney is a 2 minute walk across the street and there is a bus that comes to the hotel to take you to the other Theme Parks. Hilton is the only hotel other then Disney's that includes extra hours. Can you say Hi Micky, I am here......

Availability. Have to pay for parking, no free continental breakfast. Nice enough hotel but for the money. Also, it was in older condition and the carpets could use a good cleaning inside the room and in the walk ways. Also don't expect convenient transport between parks.

The Hilton Orlando Resort, had very freindly people, clean rooms, and the beds were so comfortable. I recommend eating at the hotel resturaunt Andiamo it has amazing Italian Food! The swimming pools were clean and the perfect temperature. The Buses come every half hour or so to take you to the Disney parks, it is within walking distance of downtown disney, there are plenty of resturants to eat at in the area, and it is only minutes from Universal. Loved every minute of our stay! The only issue i would say we had was the Hotel was in the middle of remodeling a couple floors beneath us, whcih mades some noise. But the beds were so comfortable we slept through most of it! ;-) Other then that it was a wonderful honeymoon.

The hotel is absolutly fantastic! Close to everything. Large parking area.Hotel and grounds were beautiful. The bus service was great! We were able to park the car on Friday and not get in it again until Sunday! Short walk to Downtown Disney.Because it is a partner hotel you get the "Extra magic hours" that was great,and the bus is right on time to pick you up.The hotel itself has a lot of amenities, we took advantage of the General store.it is open late they also have a resturant and an ice cream shop. The pool area was very clean and lush with a tiki bar area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Disney area. We will use this hotel again on our vist next year and I think we will add a day just to be able to take advantage of the hotel more. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was from reading the reviews so I thought I would write one!

The location was perfect right across from Downtown Disney. I had to use the business services while I was there and it was very easy to print tickets to Sea World. The pool was very nice.

The hotel is lovely and the room rate was very good. However, I was originally assigned to a room that had already been assigned to someone else. Then, when I arrived at my second room, my keys did not work. I had to go back to the desk again. The manager followed me back to my room, verified that my keys did not work, and let me in with his key. After waiting in my room for over 30 minutes for him to return with my new keys, I had to call the desk as he had apparently forgotten about me. The next day, when retrieivng my car from valet, we waited for 20 minutes, only to be told at that time that my car would not start and that they would jump it. Staff was quite pleasant, but not terribly effective. Regardless, because of location, rate and comfort of the room, I would give it another chance.

I am very picky with the hotels I stay in to the extent of bringing my own pillow and blankets. I will not stay in anything less then perfect as far as cleanliness and rooms being up to date. I was not disapointed here at all. I felt completely comfortable with the bedding and the very comfortable beds. Although the seemed more like large twins then full size. The entire hotel was sparkling clean and comfortable. The pools were clean and refreshing and always had towels on hand. I loves that you could buy children floats etc at the pool . The snack bar at the hotel was great as well. I did not use the restaurants due to the excessively high prices (eggs and bacon was 16.00) nor did I use the mini bar. Candy bars were nearly 3.00. The all night bakery was great for the late night cravings. I think the internet room was pricey as well. I could see charging 10.00 per stay for wireless if you have your own PC but 20 cents per minute was crazy. The staff here were excellent from the bell hops to the front desk to the housekeeping. All went out of their way. The hotel shuttle was convenient as to being dropped off at the front gates of Disney but they were always crowded and over stuffed with people. To the point where it could be dangerous. I had a seat but many did not. We were so crowded I literally felt like a sardine in a box. The hotel was very close to Downtown Disney which was great. There was no one bothering us to buy timeshares.This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and will not stay anywhere else when in Orlando.
