THe staff were very friendly and helpful - from the doorman to the front desk to the resturant and bar staff! The room was clean and quite large. The only thing problem was that the tv was very old and I couldn't get it to work at all - which for me, wasn't an issue, but for some might have been. Everything else about this hotel was great and I would recommend it without hesitation.

we enjoy stay there, good service, location, breakfast; we faced internet logout time has some problem, when we raise the problem, hitlon give us satisfied reply, I would stay there next time !

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great experience. The rooms were like new and had very nice beds. The staff was super helpful. I asked their suggestion on a number of topics and they were able to provide me multiple options for food, travel, sightseeing. The only thing that was less than perfect was the business center which was very expensive.

Things we loved about hotel - great location, phenomenal breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Things we would adjust - did not make it easy to use mini-bar fridge in the room for personal use, due to auto-charging if any item was moved. Also wished that internet access in room would have been lower cost (free would be ideal), or have free wi-fi in a public area.

Staff was very helpful. Large comfortable room andelegant bathroom. Expensive breakfast. Located in business area, but convenient access to Strassenbahn and short walk to attractions. Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are large and included separate sitting area and large, elegant bathrooms. Would strongly recommend this hotel to Vienna visitors.

Location. Great location and close to all the downtown attractions. Tram station right in front of the hotel which is on the ring street, a circular road around the downtown core.

The hotel was very comfortable and the location was great... not really down town but within a walking distance to any areas in town -- just few minutes away from Stephenplatz. Staff made our stay very comfortable. The check-in was quick and staff was very welcoming. Staff at the businss center were extremly helpful (I finished everything I had to do at the business centre including scanning of some of my paperwork within 10 minutes). I liked our executive suite- rooms were very quiete. Staff at this hotel did a great job during our check-in and made our stay very comfortable.
