What are your breakfast options?

Our onsite Reflect Dining and Lounge restaurant is just located on the 3rd floor of our hotel. A full breakfast buffet is available from 6:00am to 9:30am every morning at $18.50CAD + taxes for adults and $8.95CAD + taxes for children from age 6 to 12. A la carte breakfast menu is also available from 6:00am to 11:00am

We also have an in room dining service available from 5:30am to 11:00am for breakfast.

Outside of our hotel, there are a few fast food breakfast such as A&W, McDonalds and Tim Horton nearby. Other than those options, there are a few restaurants such as IHOP, Denny's and White Spot available in the range of 1 to 2 miles.

What transport is available to get around?

As for transportation, here's an idea as to the different mode of transportation in and around metro Vancouver

A.) Taxi services are available at all times with the most convenient travel time to and from major places of Vancouver depending on the traffic.

B.) The second option is our public transit system with buses and skytrain. The Metrotown Skytrain station, as well as the bus loop is just a couple blocks away from our hotel within 5 minute walking distance. The cost range from 2.50 - 5.50CAD one way or 9CAD one day trip.

C.) Rental cars are available around our hotel and if guest wishes to, private limo or sedan may be booked at the hotel with our Concierge.

What can I do nearby?

Just across from our hotel is Metropolis at Metrotown, BC's largest shopping centre with over 450 stores and a silvercity movie theatre.

For outdoor enthusiasts, a nearby Central Park features an urban oasis complete with a colourful children's playground, the Swangard Stadium providing a track for runners and a myriad of biking, hiking and walking trails to suit all ages and fitness levels.

There are some galleries and museums such as Burnaby Art Gallery, Shadbolt Center for the Arts.
