Add on $ for 2 double beds, $12 for parking. The staff seemed to be a little arrogant when stating these extra costs.

I got stuck in Vancouver over night and this was my second choice after the Fairmont was full. The free airport shuttle took a while but still it was free. The room felt a little bit small but it was still a great corner unit with a balcony and view of the airport.

Free airport shuttle, convenient for mall and clean well decorated rooms. No free internet in rooms. Clean, well decorated and quick access from airport via the free shuttle bus: since none are walkable, might as well be in Richmond town with convenient access to shops and restaurants. Rooms well equipped, apart from kettle, though in our room less than exciting.

Stayed a number of times with everything being great, close to airport, shopping mall across the street, lots of restuarants within walking distance and a couple of pubs nearby. Everything you so close to hotel.

reservation clerk unfriendly, they charege 10 dollars a day for parking, 10 dollar for microwave,and 1o dollar for refrigerator a day.

Very comfortable. Parking fee should be free for guests as this location is not in a Downtown setting. Overall Hilton hotels do give good value for money, offering comfortable settings. I would like to see parking as free for hotel guests though.

Getting a suite on next to top floor. My children loved it. Very good value. My three young children loved the idea of having their own room and TV. The balcony is nicely appointed, with good view of the airport and planes landing: the kids thought that was pretty cool. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. My children want us to stay at this hotel next year.

Rooms were clean and really comfortable. No vegetarian food options so had to eat elsewhere. Comfortable, clean rooms. Hotel is quite far from the airport but there is a shuttle.

The friendliness of the staff, the access to the airport and good eating places nearby, e.g. Mad Greek. A little old and had not been updated. This hotel filled the bill for what I needed, which was access to the airport for an early morning flight. My experience was pleasant and I have no complaints. If I were looking for a place to stay while exploring Vancouver, I'd make another selection. This venue is due for a makeover.

Cleanliness. Beds, staff, room service. Beds were hard, staff was not very friendly, Spa was under remodel, room service was bad they messed up breakfast, will not stay at Hilton Vancouver Airport again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lobby restrooms were unclean. The Hilton was a perfect location, near casinos and the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
