Great staff and location. Room was modern and clean. At check-in they offered a bigger room with walk-in shower. The shower didn't drain well, flooding behind the toilet - causing an odor. Very nice hotel, but I think they pawned off the smelly room onto us.

The style is very cool and contemporary. Very hip. It is not as close to an underground stop as it could be. This hotel is very hip and contemporary. The rooms are large, especially for a London hotel. There are some very nice restaurants rights nearby on the river with views of the Tower Bridge. The only drawback is that it is about a 3/4 of a mile walk from the nearest subway stop which is on the other side of the river.

Cool, modern design. Far away from shops and entertainment. New, 2 year-old modern business hotel. Great interior styling and convenient subway lines close by.

Nice staff, large comfortable room, near 2 tube stations. Abit off the beaten track, but near to it. Built for business travelers, effecient with a friendly touch. Large rooms (very large for London) with comfortable beds and tub and separate shower set up in a lux bath. Nice Mark and Spencer food hall next door for less expensive breakfast options.

Location was great! Expensive to make a call (2.50 GBP), even with calling card. Great hotel, great location. It's just minutes from the London Bridge station. My sister and I got out of the train station, walked up the street for a minute looking for a cab and didn't realize we were standing 15 feet from it. Best of all, there's a Marks & Spencer right in front of the hotel!

Location was convenient. Staff was not very helpfull, parking wasvery far from hotel. Nicely located between London and Tower Bridges. Nice rooms and publuc spaces, but staff was not terribly helpfull. The night manager- a S. African fellow was very helpfull, other than that, while friendly, noone else at the desk seemed helpful or accommodating.

The bed and the down comforters and pillows. Had to have theAC and fridge fixed. I really enjoyed this hotel. Although not in the center of London, it is right on the Thames and a short walk to the tube, which gets you to the center in less than ten minutes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The hotel is new and the room in excellent condition. The consierge was extremely helpful. Some of the new features in the room were confusing. The hotel charged much higher than typical for the use of the room phone. The Hilton Tower Bridge is located in a nice, upscale, area close to major downtown london attractions and the underground train station. The hotel is nice, new, and upscale. However, some of the new, high tech features in the room were confusing to operate. This included the heat and TV. I had to call guest services a few times to get things operating. The consierge helped deliver some important documents I had inadvertantly left in the room. He was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Attractive, clean, friendly, well-located. Expensive breakfast options. I was surprised at the hotel. It was very high class and clearly designed for business travellers. Very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Nice work space available at the desk.

Excellent central, yet quiet location. Beautifully contemporary. Shower in disabled room. Water spread across the entire floor of the bathroom. Received a warm welcome upon our arrival. Given a spacious and beautiful room- lighting was exceptional. Bathroom was functional and sleek. Loved the TV.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Good nearby restaurants. Tube station within walking distance. Nice location near the river. No workout facility at the hotel. Room was small. I was very happy with the value of the hotel. It was convenient to the train station, with direct connections to the airports. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Maid service was excellent. Location was outstanding. Area was safe. Will definitely return. Did not use the off-site work-out facility. I downgraded it to a 3 star because the hotel did not have a workout room.

Very modern. Inexperienced front desk staff. This is a new hotel. The staff made some small but annoying mistakes. A letter intended for another guest was delivered to our room and they forgot to deliver a newpaper as requested. Otherwise, it was a great value in a great location.
