Well-appointed, smoking allowed on dedicated floor, great value, well-located for overnight before a flight, but the shuttle can be a hassle for early morning flights because of lots of people, little room on the bus -- I shared a taxi with another person instead.

My Stay at this Hilton was not one that is very pleasurable. I arrived in the late evening and the dining options that were offered are minimal the lounge staff was not friendly when simply askking a question about dining options, When I tried to order accodring to theirmenues they had no options available that the menu states are available for evening travelers I would suggest that you have a meal or snack prior to arriving here, the price for an unwanted sandwhich was beyind deplorable for a premade refridgerated plate.

Very comfortable. Noise in the hallway at 4:30 am of carts and doors closing. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming and the room was very nice. The only item that I think they were missing was a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise we were very pleased.

I could see into airport terminal from window. The front is busy Airport Rd and the back an interstate. The room was redone but aging. My heater wouldn't stay on even after a visit from maint. The windows were leaky and rattled in the wind. We were on nonsmoking floors, but people smoked in their rooms which gets sucked under your door. I could also hear the neighbors watching hockey thru cable outlet. Coffee maker was gross. Mini bar was missing. The bar and restaurant are nice. Small exec lounge. Parking and internet run 15 a day each.

Beautiful, new, Hilton at very reasonable price. 5 minute shuttle ride from Toronto International Airport. Shuttle is free, runs every 20 minutes, except between 2 am and 4 am. Good food served in the bar/lounge until midnight. Mini-suite rooms are very adequate in size, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service and quite nice facility for the price. If you have to stay overnight at Toronto International, this is a very good choice.

Good location, comfortable bed and good restaurant but internet access was very expensive while it is free in most other hotels. Had to pay for parking, parking gate always broken causing great inconvenience in the freezing snow, elevators broke down several times. Very displeased with the service. The parking for the hotel is paid parking charging $13/day. the gate opens using an access card given by the hotel and the parking charges are added to the room's daily charges. The parking gate never worked forcing me to walk out to the reception area (a 5 minute walk in the freezing snow). This happened on at least 7 different occasions which was very frustrating for me. The gate has a button which you can push so that an attendant can help in case of such a situation, however, when I pushed the button, nobody ever answered.

The cleaning staff was friendly. Paying for parking.. This is a sub-standard Hilton. In need of a facelift.-

Outstanding staff, excellent food, beautiful room. Expensive restaurants and bar prices. Excellent hotel. Good airport location. Very attentive staff. Superb bed and room decor.

Recently refurbished, excellent bed, very nice bathroom, nicely updated, everything I needed. Parking situation is a bit sketchy. You pay $15/night and end up in an adjacent lot. Very nicely refurbished Hilton. I didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the bar or restaurant but everything is very nicely laid out and from what I could tell it certainly is a busy hotel. Excellent for business travel. Location very good, although parking can be a bit of a challenge.

The location was convenient and the decor was trendy. There was no CD player. I enjoyed my time spent at the Hilton. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms was very large and well appointed. I liked the work area provided separate from the bedroom area. The restaurant had excellent food. The lighting at the desk was too dim for proper work area.

Clean, modern and designed room. Food too pricy. Very clean, upscale hotel, near the airport. Good quality food that was a bit pricy. Shuttle runs often with early morning to very late evening run times. Felt safe and very welcome.

Room was acceptable. Charges for parking and internet service. NA.

Good rooms, clean. Not very nice common spaces on the wing where I stayed, paid parking, paid internet. I expect to get at least free internet, and preferably free parking.

The room setting was very unique. They charge $15.00 per day to park your car in their parking lot. Where else am I going to park my car? The hotel was very up-scale. I have 3 children and it could not accommodate us with a roll-away bed but we made do. I don't like the fact that I had to pay $15 to park my car at the hotel.

Room arrangement the two beds were back to back with a high headboard created two spaces. Getting to the entrance was a challenge in spite of the map provided and a GPS the road at one end of the hotel is actually a ramp to the highway. Very convenient if you have any business at the airport. The shuttle service is excellent. The rooms are attractive and the beds are quite comfortable. The fitness area is very large and there are a number of options squash, aerobic machines, weight room and outdoor pool. My stay was quite enjoyable.

Close to conference centre. It did not seem to reflect the Hilton name. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel however, I did not feel that it lived up to the Hilton name. The common area carpets seemed worn and dirty.
