When I stayed here in February, the room was large, well kept and breakfast (which was included in the room price)was perhaps the best in terms of choice & quality I have seen in over 50 years of travel to all continents. This time, the room was smaller, very tired & a bit dingy (& fewer bathrooms amenities) & breakfast was not included in the price but Yen 38,000 extra. Service was efficient especially the bus to & from the airport.

Quality of the staff. This hotel is now old, the bath room is old style and not very convenient. Internet connection is too much expensive. I travel a lot for my business, and I can say that this hotel is a very good one, the quality of the staff is excellent, it's very difficult to find this quality of service in an another country than Japan.

I thought that the breakfast buffet was good, but I think that the [other hotel] buffet is more reasonably priced. 3250 yen is a lot for breakfast.

I booked this trip as a graduation gift for my daughter who wanted to see Japan, and specifically Tokyo. The title of the hotel is Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport, so I make the assumption I was in or around Tokyo. The only way to equate this experience would be like booking a hotel in Los Angelis and ending up in Claremont. It took an hour and a half of train travel each day to reach Tokyo, and the same back. In addition the train for the two of us was $60 US each way. In summary, we spent 30 hours of our vacation and $1,200 US in train travel to see Tokyo. If your goal is to stay close the airport, then this is the hotel for you. If you goal is to see Tokyo, then please check the location. As for the hotel, it was a Hilton in most every way – good service, friendly staff, expensive restaurants and lost of shuttle service to and from the airport. The room we stayed in the first night was the size of a small shoe box, but after some complaining, we were upgraded to what the termed a deluxe room, or what we in America would call a standard hotel room. The room amenities were as expected for a Hilton, no more or less.

The service was fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable. I had just spent ten days in hotels in Hong Kong and Mainland China and this was the first hotel I found with an iron and ironing board. I was a life saver for me.

used as stepping stone to airport. There were free buses like every 15 minutes to and from airport. Food was good. Great store for souviners.

I had no trouble getting to, and from, the airport even tho I didn't speak any Japanese. Service was good and the room was clean and very, very reasonable. Will definately stay at the Hilton Narita Airport Hoten on next trip to Japan.
