Large rooms, excellent friendly staff. I liked it all. Beautiful lobby & atrium, large beautiful rooms, two flat screen TV's. Leather couch. Very comfortable. When my breakfast order was delayed, I was provided same at no charge. Parking was very convenient and easy, and cheap. Great place to stay.

We traveled up to Phoenix to see The Police concert. We chose this hotel for the good rate for what it had to offer. Neither of us had stayed at a Hilton before. It was to our surprise that they had such excellent room accomodations. We loved the suite concept and that everything that you could want was there. The room had a small refridgerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer, radio, TV, access to internet. The bed was very comfortable with a beautiful duvet cover and what felt like goose down bedding. There was a pool and jacuzzi. From the photos we couldn't tell that it was indoor only. It was a small pool, but served it's purpose. There is a small gym and sauna available. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet had excellent choices and at a reasonable price. This hotel compares well to the Embassy Suites. I would definitely stay here again. It was a convienient location to the local attractions that we came out here for. We didn't want to leave to go home.

It far exceeded what I expected when I asked for 3 1/2 stars.

All staff were excellent, the suite was great, but I was disappointed to have to pay for internet access from my room. Not only did it cost approx 10 per day, but it expired at noon the next day, no matter when you 1st accessed it. So I could only use it for one evening. I was interested in watching Diamondbacks games while I was here, but Fox Sports Network was not available in my room. It was avaiable in the bar however. For this nice of a hotel, I would expect free internet and at least the same TV channels as elsewhere in the building.

Great place spacious and elegant. Nothing. Very good. Hotel was spacious and wonderful. Only thing better would of been free drink in the evening with snacks.

This resort is located downtown, resort provide free shuttle. We checked into a large suite, everything was excellent. The indoor pool was great. Free laundry. And to think that we got this fabulous resort for under * per nt. Highly recommend

Great atrium, covered parking, and elevators. AC was a bit noisy.

The rooms at this hotel were excellent. We booked a one bedroom suite that was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER stayed in at a hotel. (and I travel a lot!) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel and rooms. The only downfall was that the parking area specifically for the hotel is rather small, we often had to park quite a ways away in the large parking garage from the hotel entrance.(No big issue for us, but I can see how it could be for others)

Beautiful. Charge for parking. Extremely nice! I was disappointed that we had to pay extra for parking and internet usage.

Friendly staff, atrium setting for gathering and looks. This was a beautiful hotel which was clean, has friendly and helpful staff who were willing to accommodate our needs and the atrium setting/lobby was great for relaxing and talking with family and friends. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The front desk people were so friendly and helpful. We put out our order for breakfast, it was not picked.

Very nice, convenient to downtown, perfect for my needs. Parking garage was a bit confusing to exit.

The room was really nice. Having to pay to park I disliked. Overall, the hotel was very friendly and respectful. It was located less than 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix. The two items I did not care for was being charged to use the Internet and being charged to park at the hotel. You will need to add an additional $20/day if you use both.

Location. Great location for my needs. A little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the room, but overall it was nice.

The shuttle service between the hotel and the convention center was great friendly and on time. Breakfast in the dinning room was not the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would sure consider staying there again.

Pool couldhave been bigger for a hotel in Phoenix. Great hotel very nice inside and out.

Good location, convenient to business on Central; all suite set-up was nice. Room decor getting dated; room refrigerator did not work. Overall worth the money. Very good location with easy access to Downtown and Central districts. Never understand why an in-room refrigerator never gets cold. Service a little brusque, but nothing that would prevent me from returning.

Hotel staff especially front desk were excellent. Parking lot was a bit of a pain, Internet access was $9.95 daily, otherwise wonderful hotel. Wonderful hotel for a conference/business traveler.

I do not like the fact that this hotel charges for high speed internet. I can go to any Holiday Inn or similar hotels and get it free, why not here? The hotel was clean; the staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't understand why Hilton charges for internet access when most others are offering it for free. All other aspects of the stay were fine.
