The location just off of Michigan Avenue. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and size very nice! Concierge didn't seem to know how to get about unless we used a cab.

My husband and I stayed three wonderful nights at the Hilton Suites--Chicago...We could not have been more pleased...From the express check-in, room upgrade to Lakeview King room to the excellent concierage service..We were very pleased with the service provided. The hotel is in an EXCELLENT LOCATION, walking distance to the fabulous magnificent mile shopping and a couple of blocks from the outstanding restaurants of Rush Street. Our concierage lady was outstanding and provided us with dinner and tour reservations as well as coupon books. The hotel suites are large, spacious and very clean... We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Chicago. We will be back!!

The staff was outstanding; very friendly. We were delighted with the room. It was so nice to have a suite with a plasma tv. The bath had been updated with beautiful tile and granite countertop. They have the most luxurious towels I have ever had in any hotel. The bed was wonderful, too. The parking is expensive - 49 but we were able to leave our car after check-out until 6 pm (for more shopping). The location is fantastic; near to all the wonderful stores on Michigan Ave. We will definitely stay there again!

First trip to Chicago for my daughters birthday to American Girl Doll. This location is very close to the store. However, the front desk staff needs some work. We checked in at 2:30, and were told our room would be ready at 3:00. We left our bags and went to visit the stores. When we arrived back at 5pm, our room had been given away, and we were given a different room with one King size bed. We needed a room with two double bed. When I inquired about the mistake the woman at the front desk was very unsympathetic, and replied "there was no mistake made". Only after speaking to the manager, was I told we could have the type of room we originally booked, but we had to wait until 9:30pm to check into the correct room. This was a HUGE inconvenience considering I was traveling with younger children, who were very tired! The hotel manager was very apologetic and made every attempt to make it right... but the best that could be done was waiting until 9:30 for our room. I will not be staying here again.

Location the room with spacious, separate bedroom. Nothing. My husband and I were expecting simple, however, this hotel offered one of the best views of the lake. The room was spacious, with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge, without extra fees, the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center are included with the price of the room. Located on the 30th floor overlooking the lake and city skyline an incredible view. I would stay a again in a heartbeat in fact, we turned on one niter into a two niter we loved it so much I've used Priceline twice, both times I've been very please.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. The location was great (right next to Water Tower Place and the Hancock Center). The room was very nice and included a small living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living room had a flat panel TV. Parking is $50 + tip (it's a valet service), which is ridiculous, so I parked in the Hancock Center parking garage, which was $34 for up to 24 hours. Overall, a very good experience and considering it was one of the less expensive options, it was an incredible value (under $ for the night).

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was absolutely great. The check-in desk employees were very pleasant, and the doorman was outstanding. Also, the location of this hotel is within walking distance of plenty of great shopping and is very near many transportation options. The room was good size, and everything was spotless and in great shape. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Very impressive and courteous staff.

rooms are not huge (you can just squeeze a crib in in the walkway from bathroom to bedroom), but they are nicely furnished w/plasma tv, spacious bathroom, granite countertops; microwave, small fridge and a mini sink. Good service. location (across the street from the hancock bldg) is excellent. for kids, a playground one block away, outside of the ritz. parking is a rip off at 43/day. if you cross michigan there is a small parking garage one block away on delaware which charges 24/day (no in/out). it will be on your left as you are driving

This hotel was perfect for my husband and I. It felt very luxurious to be staying in a suite in the middle of downtown Chicago, and the rooms were incredibly nice. Plus, the location truly couldn't be beat. We were literally right around the corner from the Magnificent Mile, and right next-door to the John Hancock Building. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge. The only thing that would have made this hotel better would be free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast. I'll definitely be staying in this hotel the next time I go to Chicago.

Location, room size, friendly staff. Jacuzzi looked very dirty and old. No free wifi in rooms. Would definitely stay here again. From check-in to check-out, staff was friendly and attentive. Room was quiet, spacious. Location was excellent to area attractions such as Navy Pier, ESPN Zone and American Girl. Rooms were clean, lobby comfortable.
