It was clean. The staff at the front desk was extremely rude. The hotel was nice, however the staff at the front desk was extremely rude and did not help us out at all.

Stayed 4/3/09. The room was very nice, quiet, comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant. The hotel is adjacent to a great bookstore, seafood restaurant, bar, whole foods store-- fabulous location. The room felt very secure.

The service at this hotel was awful, except for the housekeepers. We were stuck in our room sevveral hours while spray painting was done in the hall. We were given no notice of this event. Loud party until 12 a.m. right under our room. Painters were using all the luggage carts so we had to carry all our stuff down. Fixtures in the bathroom needed repair. No sheets in the room for hideabed and the blanket was absolutely gross. Traffic pattern to enter the hotel was not good at all. I would not stay here again.

Close to mall and resturants, clean, andit was a suite. Snack machines. We decided to do this at the last minute and we were overjoyed with the accommodations.

It was very well appointed and good location. Wish it had a hot tub and heated pool. The hotel was excellent. Very nice rooms, clean and modern suites. Wonderful location in Lexington Green. Very nice fitness room. Just wish the pool had been heated. Water to cold to swim.

The spaciousness of the room. Largestain on carpet and lack of working air conditioning. The room was a handicap accessible (no problem with this) but there was a large stain on the carpet plus even though we kept lowering the air conditioners thermostat, it did not get the room cool. I believe it was not working at all. I love this hotel and I was very disappointed in my room I felt like they had put a bad room off on us because we had booked for less than the regular cost.

Ground floor had to check with front desk for ice. Sent to bartender, who was not as cooperative. As we checked in, the staff on duty was very friendly. The next morning as we were leaving, the front desk happily filled our cooler with ice for the next day's travel. Quite pleased with the hotel and staff and would be happy to stay there again!

Location. Room was hot and never cooled down The room was hot when we arrived and the air condition never got the room cooled off. The commode ran constantly and when I told the front desk they acted like they weren't concerned about either problem.

The bed was very comfortable. Nothing. This is a good hotel for business travelers to Lexington. It is not near downtown, but it's location at Lexington Green makes availability of restaurants and entertainment a good option.
