Great hotel, great food, slept like a baby.

Great rooms and beds, very large. Excellent lobby and public facilities. TV's are a little dated for a hotel of this calibre. What a wonderful hotel, all suites. Extremely elegant down to the smallest details in room and public areas.

Amazing, for about $ a night I wasn't expecting anything so extravagent. When we walked into our room (cheapest room available) it was a whole suite. Huge bathroom, micorwave & mini fridge, tv in bedroom & living room!!! Outside our door was an amazing view of the restraunt below. Elevators were glass and overlooked the restraunt as well. It was beautiful. PICTURES ONLINE ARE EXACTLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE INSIDE! We ate at the restruant once for dinner and once for breakfast. Not badly priced (breakfast isnt free) but we ate for 2 and paid about $20 each meal. Didn't try out the bar inside, nor did I have time for the POOL but it looked nice. It was about 7 minute drive to the PalaceofAuburnHills where the DetroitPistons play! Everything in this town seemed pretty cheap to me as well (Gas & Beer included), coming from an inexpensive town myself, this was a good suprize. The hotel was not within walking distance of much, you'd want to have a car. READ: Customer service was fantastic as well, WE GOT READY TO LEAVE AFTER CHECK OUT AND OUR CAR BATTERY WAS DEAD, THEY KEEP SOMONE ON HAND TO HELP W/ CAR TROUBLE, SENT HIM OUTSIDE WITH A JUMPER BOX AND GOT OUR CAR STARTED, like it was no trouble at all!! There weren't any extra charges to pay when we left either, which I've had problems with at other hotels. But on Monday morning they did deliver a paper that I think you might have to pay 50cents for if you keep it. The internet access in the room isn't free, but if you try to connect it will tell you it's $10/day, but I think it might be free in the lobby. FREE PARKING & plenty of spaces available.

This was our 3rd 2-night stay for a romantic getaway. The suites are large and comfortable. The food in the Atrium is fantastic! Room service is reasonably priced and service is terrific. Can't wait to go back!

Check in took a little longer than I would have liked since we were on a tight schedule. Guests were letting their children run all over the hallways and the children were riding the elevators unaccompanied up and down repeatedly so we had to wait on elevators, and when we would get on the elevator, the kids would have hit the button on every floor so we had to stop on every floor. The first night in the hotel we rushed back in time to use the pool but a kid had thrown up in it and they shut it down... It wasn't the most pleasant time.

The Hilton Suites had a large living room area which gave us a comfortable place to sit and to work. The restaurant food was quite pricey.

My friends and I gathered for a birthday celebration and decided to stay close to Pontiac. The Hilton offers great value! Each room is a large suite with 2 televisions and a large bathroom. The suite also offered a wetbar with a nice sized minifridge (not a minibar). Perfect for use as a starting and ending point to our night. The atrium, restaurant, and bar are all top notch. This hotel has been around since the early 1990's but doesn't look dated in the least. The business center is free and made it easy to check email. The pool area was a little crowded when we went (it was a Saturday morning), but had a great hot tub and even a sauna. The fitness area was extremely small but still offered the basics (elliptical, bike, treadmill, weights). Only there one night, but checkin and checkout was a breeze. Staff was nice and helpful. Very clean. Fun experience. There isn't much around the hotel, as it resides in a highly industrial area near the old Silverdome. However it very close to downtown Pontiac, as well as Chrysler HQ (practically on-site) and the Palace of Auburn Hills. I'd HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the central Oakland County area.

The room was very large and clean. We did not have any shampoo, towels after the first night. The toilet was running the whole time. I would stay again. My expectations were not too high because of the price.

I liked the location, cleanliness, style and friendliness. There was too much chlorine in the pool. It was so strong the air stung your eyes when you walked in. We really liked our stay. The staff was so very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your stay was what you expected. The room was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable. The bed and pillows we comfortable and soft. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel with a large group. As a Travel Agent I visit a lot of hotels. This one is first class. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large. It is a well run hotel.

The rooms were very cleanly, and very comfortable beds. I was a little dissatisfied when the fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning but I guess I know that their fire alarms are working. I do wish I could have received a rebate or a discount on that night. But overall a great place to stay for the money.

Nice price and clean. No mini bar, bad hallway carpet. This hotel is located about 3 miles from the palace of auburn hills. They have a great taxi service to take you and pick you up from the palace. Don't bother with the shuttle. The cab is around $30 round trip plus tip. The hotel is clean. The desk staff could have been a little more helpful with directions. No service to have to tip for so I found that good, i.e.: valet or bell boy

The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The towels were plush and the bath products were nice. Although there was a charge for using our own computer, use of the computers in the business center was free. The lobby and bar area were good places to meet with friends and talk. (There is a small, cozy lobby area off of the bar.) The store has the Wall Street Journal and a few other newspapers, so guests don't need to settle for USA Today or the Oakland Press if they want more in-depth news. The store also sells Starbucks coffee if you want something stronger than the coffee in the rooms or the restaurant. When I stay with my childern, I look for a hotel with a free breakfast, but if you are traveling alone or will be eating out anyway, this is a great hotel.

We had to exit the building, as a fire alarm went off, and were given a voucher for a full breakfast. Great suites. Comfortable king size bed. Good coffee in room. Personable and accommodating server at bar. Half price appetizers.

This hotel was very very nice. I liked the conveniences that it offered; kitchen in room, business center with free access to computer, Internet, fax and copier, pool & fitness area, etc. I was also happy that I was able to check in about five hours before check-in time because there were available rooms! I choose the hotel because it was close to the Palace of Auburn Hills where I attended the Mariah Carey concert. Her crew stayed in the same hotel, so you know it had to be nice! I would stay there again if in the area and recommend it to others.

Bed was very comfortable, location, and free shuttle to nearby restaurants. Rooms could be updated. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for what you get.

They charged for WiFi in the room and also in the lobby area? They charged forWiFi in the room and also in the lobby area? Not a good Idea in this day and age with freeWiFi broadly available. Don't like the idea on spending 15-20% of the room rate forWiFi.

The bed was amazing. One of the best quality beds I have stayed in. The overall cleanliness of the living room area. As well as the common areas. Just a little dingy. Overall the hotel was nice with a lot of amenities for the price. However everything was a bit dated and shabby looking. The bed was very comfortable, better than many higher end places I have stayed at.

The room layout was nice. Smoking was allowed in public spaces.
