The hotel was very nice, but it seemed like a facade. The room did not have any shampoo in it, the remotes were not working in either room for the tv's, and when we asked about items from the menu the staff was not knowledgeable. We went to the pool and the entire pool had their flags up for bar service. I walked into the bar and asked the bartender if anyone was going to wait on the pool area. He said yes, but came out about 15 minutes later. We never did get a drink! Poor service all the way! I was VERY disappointed....

We had no action on the noise complaint until we said we would have to call [loud party till 2:30 am] is not what I would call as a pleasant experience.

I normally can expect a good facility w/ a Hilton. The main complaint I had was w/ the fact that the beds were like large doubles & not queen size so my girlfriend ended up sleeping separately, which isn't a preferred situation. Also guest services missed our AM wake-up call(a 1st for me) & I was stressed getting 2 the airport because of the road construction going on in advance of the 2010 Olympics. Outside of that the staff throughout the hotel couldn't have been nicer & more attentive.

Friendly, helpful staff. No free parking for guest. The room we got was very small and too close to common area elevator, piano, and pub(terrible). Only after paying for an upgrade to regular prices did we get a room worthy of the 3 stars.

Excellent location with a friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed rooms. Not all channels on TV, wireless internet. My GF and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The check in process was speedy and valet took care of our car. The prices for parking are a bit steep but so is everything else in Whistler. Upon arriving into the room we were happy with the amenities in the room, a small kitchen with a stove, all utensils, a fridge, coffee maker and water heater. Nice LCD TV, but not all channels that our normally available were available. Internet had to pay $25 for 2 days and it was too slow. The concierge was great, overall a good stay.

"1st class Hotel. The room awesome, fire place with real log, deep spa tub fit 2 adults w spa jets. The room is 2.5 times bigger than US standards. We had a balcony faced the Hotel enterance if avail book Mtn. Stone & marble in bathroom with 2 sinks. Stone tile mantel. Great bed and pillows my wife and I will be back !!! One min walk to gonndola, restaurants etc. Do ecotour zipline even in winter. I played Nicklaus North WOW !! Restaurant Araxi, good but over priced the wine. BC wines great. Go now before the 2010 Games their well keep secert will be out... "

"Beautifully appointed rooms.Friendly staff.The duvet was too hot for the hot weather. Air conditioning didn't cool at nite. Try the restaurant-great food and service, prices are competative with non-hotel restaurants. Cinnamon Bear Bar has good daily deals on select drinks and appetizers Easy checkout."

Location, helpful staff even gave us a ride to creekside. Wireless is not free, have to pay daily fee. Great location, clean, comfortable room with added bonus of kitchenette, helpful staff, hot tub and outdoor pool and fitness center. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The location. The room was a complete let down. The room was dated, the bed was small, the dishes were dirty and the facilities were not well maintained, internet was charged out (come on) and in no way was the stay personalised.

Excellent location. Wonderful view for the king superior room. Kids enjoyed the bath spa. Loved the restaurant dining offers. Nothing. Great location for summer or winter, ski in ski out, close to village center. Always check out the hotel restaurant for special offers.

Their courtesy shuttle was out of service whenever we legitimately needed to use it, and the concierge/front desk/bell services were useless.

The concierge and others were extremely helpful. Too many young families and bar, Jacuzzi overrun by rowdy local youths. The rooms were nice, but not exceptional. The food at the hotel was very bad. The pool was overrun by young kids splashing and playing and the Jacuzzi was overrun by young non-paying drunk college students. Not the hotel's fault, but the night time entertainment rising up from the street consisted of fights and vulgar screaming by drunk college students. For these reasons alone I would not return to this hotel. Would love to encounter the staff at another facility!
