The room was beautiful. Said the location was in Sedona, it was not. 10 miles out. Beautiful, comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was just perfect with such a great floorplan that it made the room look so much bigger. The staff was great and courteous. The pool was a wonderful plus. We're looking forward to staying here again in the future.

I read other review, but I could not find a thing wrong with this property. Great staff, beautiful room, incredible pool. It is a bit away from the city of Sedona, but what an impressive property. We didn't spend much time in town, but after the road work is complete, this will be one enjoyable place to come and see. The scenery is fantastic. When back in the area, this hotel will be the first one booked.

Broke my foot and try to cancel my room. Would not do it. 200.00 down the drain. Had no problems with another hotels. (marriott and the La Quinta)

The Hilton at Sedona was a comfortable stay with great views. The resturant food was under par for the price. The spa experience was not the best with the therapist personal cell ringing during my session. Last but not least, you can't use the tennis courts unless you use the spa? That doesn't seem right.

Food was excellent and service was great.

Over priced, poor service, poor staffing, unhelpful staff, poor resturant food(breakfast buffet was miserable, I have never had bacon strips this bad since my days in college). Rooms tooo small, poorly light, no lights in the closets or in the hallways. They pretend to have a spa and let me tell you the equipment in their fitness center was not only at least 10 years old, but it was not well kept or maintained. You could find 1/8" of dust and gunk on the machines. In general staff that did not care and unwilling to provide service. This is not what I would expect from a * a night or a Hilton, maybe a Holiday Inn Express at */night. Don;t waste your time or money.

From the time we arrived at the Hilton Sedona our experience was great. Very helpful staff, excellent facilities. Our family enjoyed the pool and dinning facilities and found the entire stay outstanding. Would go back again without hesitation.

Beautiful view/nice outdoor sitting area. Nothing included: no breakfast, paper, coffee in the room. A lot of extra cash to spend on enjoying the overpriced resort amenities, travelers are better of staying at a lower star level hotel that offers full breakfast in the morning. Even the in-room movies were overpriced ($14+) and outdated. It is not worth paying for the extra fanciness of the room decor (dark wood, fireplace) unless you are spending your entire trip in the room. Comfortable bed though.

Don't expect beautiful pool area - as displayed in the site & on the hotel website. The pool area was VERY small. (I know plenty of people with nicer pools in their BACK YARDS) Staff at times seemed as though THEY were on vacation - slow and poorly organized. Clean comfortable rooms & good location. Overall, though.. the hotel is a reasonable value for the money.

I loved the view of Sedona and adequate recreational activities (volleyball court, several swimming pools, etc.) We felt the staff treated us differently. However, I thought since it was the Hilton that it would be nicer. The staff was okay, not overly friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. You have to pay extra for Internet access which was annoying. Also, we ate in the restaurant on the patio and people starting smoking while we were eating. The waitress asked them to stop which was nice but they didn't stop. So they spoiled our dinner with their smoke.

the overall appearance was great - in the mountains of southern sedona - very peaceful. room was a suite and it was nice. bed pretty comfy and ac worked nice for us texans. the one BIG negative was no free internet service; you pay * for wired access. once you pay, you get wifi in the lobby. i'm not cheap, but to have to pay for wireless service when you can get it free at like starbucks or most other hotels...no bueno! we didn't swim but saw the pool area and it was great - they even have a little poolside "snack stand" with even adult drinks. location not so good because it's so far south of the main city part. tiny balcony and having to pay * for a red rock view, not worth it. didn't play golf or do the spa, the both were close if that suites your fancy. would stay again, but would like to be closer to town.

Location and surroundings were beautiful. Rooms are old. The hotel offered a $25 upgrade when we checked in. I don't think that the upgrade was worth the money.

Location. Restaurant service. The rooms were a very good size too.

Room (suite) was very good & housekeeping were very efficient. The hotel is very nice but a little way out from town for the non golfers. We were disapointed with the restaurant where we had trouble with getting the food cooked correctly, however to be fair we did receive complimentary drinks & sweet. Breakfasts were very good. Overall it was a good stay, the staff are friendly but overworked with the business functions held there. The hotel is a bit expensive but would stay there again,

Free parking, clean and pretty and safe area! No fridge. Very pleasant upscale resort/hotel in a great area, just a short drive to the center of Sedona. And even closer to much great hiking. A grocery store and many restaurants, including a very good Chinese restaurant is nearby.

"If you want to pay for a nice room go ahead but expect bad service. The rooms were nice we had a room without a view but it was still ok, the pools were great, food terrible and the service was the worst Ive ever had. From the check in to an hour and a half for burnt food the people dont care the hotel is 100 percent booked. Go to Sedona stay in town at a 2 star hotel and enjoy the town."
