The staff, the pool, and the bed were all top notch. The Cave Bar wasn't open on Friday night. I was very pleased with this resort. The pool, and hot tub area were beautiful (beware! the hot tub is hot). The staff was friendly, and helpful without ever being annoying. We were even offered free shuttle service to a local club where there was a band we wanted to see. The only downfall was that the Cave Bar wasn't open on Friday night, and we got back after it closed on Saturday night.

This Hilton is awesomly decorated in the main lobby. They have a bar that is a cave. They have a great indoor poor, mini golf, as well as two golf courses (I don't play). The rooms are immaculate! The service was outstanding. Although, I did have trouble with driving directions that I received from the front desk. However, the management (who was super) did take very good care of me while I was there because of that mishap. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Cosy and moderm/excellent gym. Pool and hot tub were not open. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the work out facilities were great, the pool and hot tub were undergoing ongoing repairs which was dissapointing. Overall very good aside from the pool and hot tub issue.

The grounds are beautiful, and the lobby and interior are attractive with the "rock" formations, waterfall, and landscaping. The rooms on the ground floor, however, are arranged in a huge diamond shape and all have windows facing the interior of the hotel so that if you pull the drapes open, you are in a fishbowl and you can see people in the lobby and they can see you. Therefore, for privacy, you must keep the heavy drapes closed or make sure you are dressed in order to the open the drapes. Also, the first night we stayed there, a wedding party was enjoying the lobby and nearby dining area, which is understandable; however, our room was right there and the noise level was horrific, as we were tired from flying all day and just wanted to get a good night's sleep. There was no natural window or skylight, being on the ground floor, and it was an interior room, so we missed being able to crack an outside window open or just get some fresh air. If I were to stay there again, I would ask for an upstairs room in a quieter portion of the hotel and maybe request an oustide window so we could enjoy looking at the lovely landscaping. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable. We used the gym, the hot tub, and the interior pool. I wished they did not close the hot tub and pool at 10:00pm, however, as that is too early for people on vacation and just wanting a little recreation in the evening. At least it should have been open until 11:00pm. Overall, it was good value for the money.

The grounds of the resort were well manicured. The breakfast buffet was awful, old food, donuts looked 3 days old, service was lousy. Hilton has a lot to go to make this hotel measure up to their hospitality standards. The Double Tree that I have stayed at is far superior in all categories.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms with great amenities for families at much more reasonable rates than hotels in downtown Chicago . We've stayed at this hotel twice and have been impressed both times. Distance to downtown Chicago is approx. 20-25 minutes, but well worth it for the discounted hotel rate.

The staff was overwhelmingly service oriented and friendly. Restaurants were under renovation. Very nice place to stay. Would not hesitate to do so again.

A good place for a meeting and golfing or putt-putt. Rooms are very large. Free Wireless in the lobby. Fun cave bar!

Rooms were beautiful. We did not use the restaurants, etc but would like to return. We arrived late and went right up to our room. From our inside window we could see 2 waterfalls. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Free internet access and beautiful. We've already talked about coming back and taking advantage of the golf course.

Great conference hotel, but would also be a great weekend getaway for couples and friends if you like golf. The course is really a challenge, but alot of fun. The rooms are a really oversized and comfortable. The property is finsihing up the last of it's conversion to Hilton, so it has/is getting all of the Hilton amenities. The properties "lounge" The Cave, closes early during the weeknights, but is open later on the weekends. Fun putt-putt course on the property next to the outdoor pool. The property also has an indoor pool. Definitely will want a car as the property is about 1/2 hour from O'Hare, but easy to get to. There is easy access to local restaurants and convenience stores.

Cave bar, fitness center. Food took forever to arrive, restaurant far away. This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were unique and very comfortable. The cave lounge played low volume techno music and was filled with Huge lava lamps. Very cool.

This hotel IS under renovations currently, which is going to make it look like any brand new Hilton resort found anywhere. The rooms were HUGE with the fun shape and I loved being able to look out over the lobby. The fitness center is very big with lots of options. The bars are all great, including the Cave, which is so cute and unique. I can't wait until IL goes nonsmoking and it will be way more fun to go there again. It was a business trip that brought me but I'd definitely stay for pleasure, it's a great feeling, being located next to lots of fun things to do, but feeling a little secluded--its nice to get away from the hustle & bustle once in a while.

When I arrived there wasn't any place to park. The room smelled like paint and it was extremely cold due to the thermastat being broken so my friend and I froze all night. I had a spa package that was to include breakfast and dinner coupons, but only received the breakfast coupons. I also was to receive a cheese and cracker platter with wine to be delivered later on in the evening. The hostess at the desk stated that I would receive it around 7pm. It didn't arrive so I waited until what I assumed was appropriate (45 minutes) then called room service and they stated that they would be up within the hour. That didn't happen. As a matter of fact, I didn't receive the platter until 11pm. When the platter arrived, it looked as though it was leftovers because the cheese was old and discolored on the ends and there were even graham crackers on the platter along with someones hair and the wine was room temperature! I complained to the manager and he stated that he would send the same platter at no additional charge (like he was suppose to charge me). This platter was worse then the first if that's possible, he asked me whether I wanted red of white wine. I stated I wanted WHITE wine and I got red. I was too done for words. I wanted to leave right then and there. If it wasn't for the massage I had scheduled the next day I would have, that was the best part of the trip. I see that this resort is being operated under Hilton now, so perhaps they will manage it a lot better than the previous owners.

The spa; tranquility of our room. Expected more upgrades given that Hilton took over property recently. The spa was very nice and professional, though the men's room could have used a shower. Our room was good. Bed was comfortable. The TV did not swivel like other hotel TVs do and it was sort of stuffed in the corner. It was also not a flat screen. But this property definitely offered value given the nightly rate we paid. Receptionist was nice but not well informed about destinations and shopping in the Bloomingdale area. Still, we were able to relax and feel comfortable in the room. And the spa services were very therapeutic and professional. That's all we really wanted.

"Great pool, restaurants, layout, room service, and spacious rooms."

Unique design of the hotel, convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff. Our room overlooked the lobby/atrium area and at times it got a little loud when we were in our room for quiet time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants to get away and relax, but have all the amenities, restaurants and activities near by. One unique thing is that it encompasses a romantic, family friendly and "outdoorsman" atmosphere all at once without one over powering the other. So whether you come for romance, family fun, relaxation or business the Hilton Indian Lakes Resort is the place for you.

Rooms were great and room service also. Lots of noise from kids running up and down hallway. For the price this was a great hotel/motel.

It was better last year. This is our second year going and the service at Sedona Grille was awful. The pool was nice and they had Kids Vacation Station for the kiddies.
