Although the hotel is situated in the very centre of the city, on a busy street, the entrance benefits from being just off the main thorough fare. The hotel is located right in the heart of the historical city centre near the famous Powder Tower, Municipal House and Republic Square. The underground station is just outside the hotel and both the shopping district and the picturesque old town square are within 10 minutes walk.

On the whole the Old Town Prague Hilton is a great hotel, unfortunately its very hard to find on the map since the street on which its located is usually not named on the city maps. We called the Hilton number listed in the reservation and were given compltely wrong directions. It took us a couple hours to locate it finally. The other inconvenience is that the elevators have a long wait time - +5 mins sometimes and because of that are always full. Once we had to wait 7 mins to get an elavator with space enough for a stroller with a child and an adult!! Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Restaurant is good but pricey.. as hotel restaurants go.

We had went to Fairfeild Inn for my husbands birthday I had brought a bottle of wine 2 days before and had asked them to put the wine in the room so on Saturday when we walked in the wine was on the table and the bed was made so nicely we almost didnt want to mess it up The staff went above and beyond thier expections to make sure we were okayMy husband said that this is one of the best birthdays he had inawhile Thank you for a wonderful stay I would definitly stay agian

The staff was very helpful when our airline canceled our flight and we arrived one day late. They agreed not to charge us the extra night. Friendly staff. Delicious brunch (loved the made-to-order omelet's). Great location. Felt very safe.

It was very clean and it a great location! Loved it all! This hotel is perfectly located about 5 walking minutes away from several of the main squares. It's very clean...can't beat it!

Nice present in our room for our anniversary. 0 Good location, a few steps from the city center. Albert supermarket close to the hotel. We were offered a bottle of Champaign and strawberries for our anniversary. Clean rooms and good amenities. Also you will got fruits and chocolates everyday at turn down time. "Seven" restaurant is a place to go. A very good experience. Far better than the Crowne Plaza and Corinthian.

Clean. Staff lied to us and no hot water. The rooms were nice, more like 3 stars than 4. There was no hot water for my shower, very upsetting as I was hot and sweaty. Manager on duty forced us to take hotel transport rather than a cab and lied to us about the price (they charge double the rate to the airport compared to the City Taxi).

Efficient check-in, friendly staff, a true hotel. The rooms were a bit small. The lobby is nice, the staff friendly and helpful and the location is right in the centre of the city. The shuttle bus to the airport ($4) leaves from right outside the hotel every half hour.

Location and overall standard. Although at check in staff said breakfast was included, it was charged at check out and it was quite expensive!. Excellent location and amenities. Very friendly staff.

Location could not be beat! The staff at the hotel was very accommodating. Even as I was leaving, the hotel bellman would not accept a tip an just was happy to serve us. Great service is hard to find.

Much closer to the old town than I expected and all service staff spoke enough english to be understood by the international traveler. No coffee maker in the room. Excellent quality 4 star hotel in a wonderfully convenient location in Prague. Very helpful and friendly staff.
