Make sure you request a high floor. We were on the 7th fl and at 3:15am the restaurant/bar on the 28th floor close and the street was full of screaming people and honking cars for almost an hour... it was a Saturday night. Great breakfast buffet though.

Great location and helpful, attentive staff. 3 blocks to the tube. Great value for the money, right on Hyde Park and surrounded by the best shopping and restaurants.

We booked 2 x King Executive rooms; the TV in one room did not work properly and in the other room, there were no bath robes. It would have been nice to have some biscuits to go with the tea in our room. Otherwise very nice hotel - scrumptious breakfast and nibbles in the afternoon.

The hotel is 0.6 mile stroll from Buckingham Palace, at Hydr park near the Undersground with a bus stop a few feet from the lobby entrance. I got an executive room on the 21st floor. The full English breakfast in the executive lounge was excellent. There is complimentary Wifi in that lounge, but there is no wifi availablenin the rooms. The wired Internet is ?20 for 24 hours! That was the only downfall to this hotel. I would defintely stay here again. The location is just far enough to keep you from the horse of tourists, bit close enough to public transport to provide a convenient link to the whole of London. also, my room had been recently renovated and looked like new!

I spent around 10 days at Hilton Hotel. It was a wonderful stay. The Hotel is located in an excellent area near everything. It is a very clean place, very confortable. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it. Next time I am in London I will spent my vacations here again.

It was very pleasent and well located for tourists Food prices were grossly overpriced From the beginning of the visit, we found the staff to be very helpful. Within minutes of checking-in the desk manager, responding to a personal request I had upgraded our room, and that seemed to set the pace for the rest of our stay. The cleaning crew was amazingly responsive and efficient and we had next to zero problems. I was surprised that they did not offer free WIFI, but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all it was a terrific place to stay, but expensive without Priceline.

Wonderful location - adjacent to Hyde Park, close proximity to excellent shopping, tube. Lobby sofa looking worn, some repair required in bathroom (holes in tile where mirror replaced). Excellent location, comfortable & clean bed. Window looking out back of building (no view), emergency light generator sitting in hallways, overall bathroom clean with towel warmer, tub with shower attachment, all white tile. We chose to go for breakfast on Shepherd's street behind the hotel - several smaller restaurants with excellent food. We'd definitely stay again!

Very clean, good view from room, warm bath towels. No inexpensive food or drink options. Neat & clean. Excellent location. Elevators were a bit slow, but due to noted servicing.

The location was the best in London. Needs a renovation. An excellent hotel for central London. Location is great, price through Price line was excellent, and it is within walking distance of a lot of trendy bars/restaurants/shops. Underground station is very close by. Room service is 24 hours, but the late night menu is very limited and doesn't have interesting dishes. Rooms are quite small as is to be expected, but service is fantastic all around.

Rooms were spacious, modern and hotel located in high class area. Elevators under reno, several long waits with need to wait for 2nd or 3rd elevator.

It's location,with the view of Hyde Park. Hotel breakfasts in London generally are highway robbery. Fortunately, there are lots of excellent alternatives. The fact that the hotel overlooks Hyde Park is its major selling point. We loved walking in the park, having breakfast overlooking the Serpentine and being in the heart of London. Room was very good though a little small. Priceline enabled us to experience the hotel at acost we could afford.

It's location and service was impeccable. We didn't use all the amenities however, there were plenty. Their ventilation in our room was extremely hot! They tried to fix it but were unsuccessful.
