Hilton La Defense was a really nice hotel. It was outside of the city which made getting a shuttle or taxi to the hotel a bit more pricey. There is a really nice mall only a few steps away. The train was situated right outside of the hotel entrance which made getting around Paris really easy. The accomidations were nice and clean. There was some construction around the hotel which made the mornings a bit noisy, but otherwise the stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgable and spoke English well. They even had US converters when ours purchased in the US did not work. Overall, it was a great trip and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful and friendly. Carpet in room was very soiled. Furniture fabric was stained. Hotel was great, but far from the main part of Paris. Cab fare everyday was expensive. Steak dinner was full of gristle. Food was expensive. Staff was the best ever friendly and very helpful with tours, arrangements, cabs etc. Very classy hotel. Internet access was expensive, like all of Paris costly, but great!

Very clean and comfortable, nice fitness facility, close to transportation and shopping.

I really liked the free on-sight gym andthe room was also very nice. It was far from tourist attractions. I really enjoyed this hotel. It was a great place to relax, especially on business. It was located right by the metro station in the main business district, which was a big plus. The mall across the street was really convenient. The room was clean and spacious, but not mind blowing.

The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were modern and clean. The location of this hotel was very convenient to the Metro. There was no gift shop that I could go to when the mall across the street was closed. The beds were really low to the ground. This hotel was very convenient to public transportation and only 15 minutes train ride to the center of Paris and a maximum of 30 minutes to all the major attractions. I thought the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and modern. I really liked that there was a major shopping mall across the courtyard.

Very accommodating and good staff. Main building was under construction. Nice rooms and helpful staff. Overall a good place to stay.

Modern room, butalbeit small. Front desk personnel were very pleasant. Pillows were one per guest, and very soft. It took me 48 hours, and 3 calls to get two extra pillows. Considering it's an upscale hotel, I found it lacking in atmosphere. The room was modern, but very small. Housekeeping was very unhelpful in getting us extra pillows. Neighboring CNIT building's renovation was part of the problem at the time we visited. Hotel entrance is hidden from sight.

Beds were very comfortable. The view was terrible. Good value for the money. The room was clean and very spacious with all amenities we needed, except free internet access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located inside the CNIT building, so there's no good view to the outside. There are renovations of an adjacent shopping mall going on, so there is a little noise during daytime, but nothing major.

Very clean. Some rooms face into other rooms.

Newspapers from around the world provided without charge. Excellent value for the money. Larger than most Parisian hotel rooms with excellent climate control.

The customer service when we got a bad room was incredible. The staff was very helpful.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. No view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room, although not what I'd call impeccable, was quite clean. Internet access seemed pricey. The hotel surrounds a shopping/business area and there is no view. The glass elevator was right outside our room window with a good view into the room!

Beautiful room and excellent services. Everyone in the hotel are very nice and helpful and speak good English. The room is way better than I expected and is one of the best room I ever had. Dining is quite good, I loved their room service breakfast - it's huge and tasty, and is considerably cheap if is shared by 2 people.

The very hot shower. Feather pillows! Duvet covers, not blankets, cleaner than blankets. I thought it would be beater since it was the Paris Hilton. The room was very nice, but I expected more. The construction detracted.

Great staff, excellent desk work area , great transportation connections. I phoned ahead about fitness facitlity and was told they give a courtesy pass to nearby gym but this was not true. The hotel is very conveniently located for business travelers and tourists and the staff is great. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable with an excellent desk space but unfortunately the small clothes closet is behind the desk and chair, so access to the clothes closet is somewhat awkward. The large complex in which the hotel is located is being structurally renovated, so construction noise and the smell of concrete pervade the surrounding areas, although the hotel itself is fresh and quiet, and only the views from the restaurant remind one that it is under major construction. The hotel currently has no fitness facility or pool and contrary to what I was told over the phone prior to arrival, no complimentary day pass to a nearby gym was offered. Perhaps the renovations will result in an in-house fitness facility being built. Access to all forms of transportation into Paris could not be better from the architectural wonder of La Defense, an extraordinary experiment in ultra-modern urban design that has quarantined the sky-scrapers and temples of commerce to an area where none of the beauty of old Paris has been marred and a strange new space has been created, where a huge open pedestrian avenue lined with business headquarters, a roller blade park, a major shopping mall, installation art and a few gardens line up in a direct site-line of the distant Arc de Triomphe, the Obelisk, the Toiletries and the Louver. Below ground are the direct metro and RER lines right across Paris This hotel provides a very different way to see Paris and for the business traveler and families alike, it is practical and very hospitable.

It has an indoor pool. There is nothing around this hotel, you have to eat in the hotel restaurant and the prices were outrageous. The food was not worth the money spent.

Excellent assistance in all areas. Late in cleaning room. The only real problem was the location being in the economic distract and I a leizure traveler.

All rooms except the 4th floor face inward and that makes waking up so depressing and noisy, I can’t believe they designed the hotel like this. The hotel is located in great area and the metro station is a walking distance from it. Everything in it was nice except that all rooms except the ones on the 4th floor face inward and that makes it very depressing and noisy. Good luck.
