PS they do not have a airport shuttle bus. They do have a BMW 5 series transfer available for $60USD or catch a local taxi which has a fixed price of $16USD from the airport.

We are Hilton Diamond members, and used points to stay at the hotel and get a free upgrade to the Exec Floor. Robert obviously stays in better hotels than we do! The breakfast has a selection of sausages, bacon, any type of eggs on request, baked beans, quiches, tomatoes, hash browns, 3 asian choices and full fruit, cereal and pastry selections. I can't complain at all about the breakfast. Drinks during the evening were fine, and many people were self serving anyway. The food selection is extensive and means you can miss dinner if you wanted to! I found the people and service excellent. Loved the international adapters built into the desk in the room too.

The location is great. It is a beautiful hotel! Didn't have much time to spend there as I was on a business trip, though.

Having stayed at the much more expensive Club Room I was very disappointed by the bad service and pathetic selection at breakfeast and afternoon snacks. Service was unfriendly, slow and lacklustre. Drinks which were included in the price were served very reluctantly and in tiny quantities. I could not believe that I was actually at a Hilton.

I found this hotel was ideal for our requirements, a short stay in Hanoi in a central location. The staff were very courteous, and the facilities more than met my expectations. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless. I would definitely book this hotel again.
