The young gentelman at the front desk was delightful. He allowed us to check in three hours prior to their scheduled time. We were excited about starting our adventure early and needed information from the concierge. He, however seemed to be put off by the fact that we had booked our tours and were only intrested in directions to our first meeting point. But he did hand us a map and we found our way.

Great, friendly, andhelpful staff. Lots of hot water for the bath! Mattress was a bit firm, as in hard. Nice hotel, good location, great staff, very nice rooms.

Bedroom a decent size. Both bedroom and en-suite very clean. Bath was very small though (too small for an average-height man to use comfortably). View from bedroom is of a brick wall with little natural light. Staff friendly. Good hotel, would stay there again.

Overall nice stay. Traveling companion was sick - so experienced room service which was great. However long wait and cold food when ate in restaurant in hotel. Rooms were nice and good size for Europe (larger than the other place I stayed). Bathroom in room had everything you need, just alittle old. Place was clean and front desk staff friendly. Hotel was close to bus stop, but a walk to the metro - no worries, bus works fine once you know which one to take. The hotel can get you a taxi to the train stations and airport if needed. Overall would recommend stay, particulary if want nice place but something somewhat affordable.

The hotel was a nice lil walk to the metro tube. but the area around the metro was cute. nice shops, and a Whole Foods that is a palace!! The hotel staff was not clear with the ammenities of the hotel and my options. When I arrived, I was told there was wireless internet in the lobby. Well, I found out, sure, there IS, but it comes with a purchase of a VERY expensive fee. When are hotels going to stop charging for internet??? it's absurd. It's a way for them to make money on desparate travellers. This hotel is well priced. It's for senior citizens on a budget. That's all I saw running around the hotel lobby. and a lot of flieght attendants. not a chic fun hotel for a young person WHATSOEVER!!!

2 minute walk from the Kensington (Olympia) Tube Station! Great location for tube use. Tube to/from Heathrow a snap!!

Let us check in early at 9am. Addressed concerns promptly. Poor air conditioning in the rooms. Few restaurant options near by.

Location. Small room. Not a 4 star hotel, marriott in paris much nicer and cheaper.

Good water pressure in the shower. Location not convenient to regular tube station. Temperature regulation not good usually too hot. Not a 4 star hotel more like 3.

Location. Rooms. Good breakfast, VERY small rooms (definitely not 4 star quality), nice lobby great location, about 20 minutes walk to subway.

The staff was friendly. The size of the room. The Hilton London Olympia was located in an area within walking distance of bus routes and subway station. The room itself was clean but small for the price. There was an additional charge for both wireless and Internet connections to laptop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about key points of interest to visit.

The concierge was very helpful. Does not qualify as a 4 star hotel. While the rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant and coffee shop were both highly overpriced. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. Poor location, shabby hallways, tiny and dilapidated rooms and unfriendly staff. I would stay away from this hotel. I am a frequent business traveler to London. This hotel is quite far 10 -15 minutes walk from the tube and that would be worth it if it had any redeeming qualities whatsoever. The lobby is fine but it has shabby hallways with threadbare carpeting, tiny dilapidated rooms and an unhealthy dose of unfriendly staff. There are much better options available.

Friendly staff, andluxurious. Expensive breakfast. Loved this hotel. Conveniently located, not in city center but very accessible by bus or underground (station two minute-walk away). There are few places to eat breakfast close by and the restaurant is pretty expensive.

Convenient location. Very noisy on the street at front of hotel.

Location and cleanliness. Only 1 computer and computer time was expensive. Very good location. Convenient to underground and bus. Room was clean and toiletries were very good.
