This was a very nice hotel, pretty convenient to the center either by tram or car...The hotel is a bit outdated and it shows. I stayed there during the winter holidays and it was COLD!!!!!! Even though the heat was turned to the max in the room, it was still quite cold, especially in the mornings....I blame it on the windows which were quite old. Staff was friendly, great but expensive 26 euros per person breakfast buffet.

Right next to the English Garden. Not close to subway (15 minute walk) But close to bus stop. We got an attractive rate for this hotel for our one-night stay on the way from Prague to Switzerland. We really enjoyed being right next to the English Garden as Spring had just arrived. We walked through the garden to get to the U-bahn, then it is only two stops to Marienplatz downtown. We were able to park on the street for free overnight with no problem (on a weeknight). Hotel room was up to western standards: good size room, nice bathroom, and American king sized bed, which you just don't find very often in Europe. Would happily stay here again, although it might be an inconvenience if you were traveling by train with much luggage.

We got a speacial deal with the Hilton and were upgraded because it was quiet, which our stay extremely worth while. Receiptionists were very friendly and the conscier extremely helpful and informative. Recommend the tour of castles which can be booked at the hotel and also recommend taking the train to Garmshi with the round trip to the mountains. When booking at the train in Garmshi show your train ticket, which will entitle you to a discount in the round trip on the trains and cable car. Beside the English park, a very good location. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. We ate breakfast every morning and it had a nice selection at the buffet. We only had dinner once at the hotel bar and it was good. The bar staff, drinks and entertainment was superb. The hotel rooms are perfect. The location of the hotel is the best in the city, walking distance to the tram, bus cab service. There is bank located directly across the street from the front door. Suggest highly to consider this for your hotel stay in Munich.

The hotel was really nice. I stayed on an executive floor and the service in the executive lounge was great- very attentive for things like when your drink is running low. The hotel is about 1 block from the Christmas market in the English Garden, which is nice. It is not very close to an Ubaan station, so I recommend taking a taxi to and from Central Munich. As for the room, it was very quite and comfortable. There is a good selection of teas in the room. The bath supplies are Crabtree and Evelyn. We had breakfast in the executive lounge which was very good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh pasteries, and other food. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The Hilton is located right on English Park so a walk or run in the park is right outside the door of the hotel. Easy access to the city. Extra charges for parking and Internet. A quality hotel in a superb downtown location.

The Hilton Munich Park was adequate, and rates were very reasonable. Location right next to the Englisher Garten was FABULOUS. Its an easy walk into the garden, with lots of beautiful paths, and the great beer garden at the Chinese Tower. What find that was! Service was mixed: some people went out of their way to help, but we couldn't get a listing of local church services from the desk. That should be accessible even if the conceirge is gone. Rooms are nice and adequate, enough space and comfortable, just nothing special.

Very nice lobby and a big room. Bathroom wasn't clean. Near the Englischen Garten, but no Subway nearby. We had a very big room with balcony, the bathroom was old and not so clean.

Avery nice classic Hilton. No Metro station near by - must use bus through the park. Excellent classic Hilton hotel. Staff was very well informed to service tourists. Room was excellent.
