Location was fabulous and everything was just as you would expect from a Hilton. Complimentary shuttle was indespensible and the rooftop pool and the view from up there was fabulous. Restaurant selection on site left a lot to be desired, but not a big deal since you don't go to Venice to eat at the hotel!

Room is spacious and view from the pool.

Overall, we really liked the Hilton. We are Hilton Honors so we got upgraded to a suite. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the spa. We went in May, so the pool closed early, but it was beautiful. The only thing was the shuttle didn't run frequently enough and sometimes it was full. Overall, we'd stay again.

Magnificient. Breakfast not included and at 50 Euros per person, we didn't eat there. Great hotel to stay at, but it was only possible to do so while using Priceline!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The room was so beautiful and far exceeded expectations for a romantic getaway. The location of the hotel is on another island, separated from the most tourist-laden areas, which is great for having a peaceful atmosphere, but it took a while for us to understand how to get around the town efficiently. They have a great shuttle that takes you to and from a few hotspots in town (like St. Mark's). I would also recommend highly using the water bus system; there is a stop very close to the hotel and you can use the water bus system to get you to and from the airport as well-$26 for a couple compared to $99 for a private taxi.

Roof top pool, breakfast, room, lobby, hotel shuttle. Maintenance.

It is on a separate island and although there is a hotel shuttle to the main island a water taxi from the airport to the Hotel can cost 100 euros.

The staff was wonderfully helpful. The location of the hotel did not have a land connection to most sites in Venice, however the hotel did offer a shuttle. Although the hotel not being walkable to most of the sites in Venice was a disadvantage, it is directly on a canal, which made arrival at the hotel very easy. The staff was wonderfully helpful. Initially I was disappointed in the location, although by the second day I really appreciated the hotel's proximity to the drop off point of both their shuttle and a vapporteto stop. The hotel provides a quick shuttle across the canal, and once travelers learn how to use the water bus, or vapporetto, the location becomes even less of a problem.

Friendly staff, great rooms, excellent view of Venice. Nothing to complain about. For what you get, I don't know where you could find a better place.

Staff, lobby, bar, registration, concierge, all very nice and helpful. It is located across the main waterway from mainstream Venice. Very new and posh, although bedroom was somewhat small. Excellent service. Couldn't be better.

Hard to access, only by water, not close to the main attractions. This hotel is relatively new and beautifully appointed. The rooms are huge by European standards. Unfortunately our window looked out at the next building 10 feet away with a guest room window directly across from us so we had our drapes closed most of the time and there was little sunlight. The concierge was really helpful.

The staff was very friendly. I feel we should not have been charged extra for the other room. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Was a distance from town. It cost 100 Euros to get there from the airport. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Clean. More business focused. The hotel was very good - the staff were excellent but more focused for business travel. The best way to get to Venice was via the hotel shuttle which was always on time.

A wonderful hotel thatwas not in the hub of all the noise in Venice.

Free shuttle boat to the main area. Concierge was not too helpful, and a little rude at times. Shuttle boat did not run at frequent enough times. Great rooms, comfortable beds, convenient shuttle boat to San Marco Square, close to boat bus station (takes you to any place that you need to go at an extremely cheaper price than water taxi). Concierge was not very helpful, and a little rude at times. However, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, and informative. Free shuttle boat is inconvenient at evening hours when it only runs every hour. However, buying an unlimited bus pass helps with that.
