The staff was so helpful and the free shuttle to the center of Florence was very convenient. One room we had a leaking shower. Clean, bright and friendly.

What a convenient beautiful hotel. Right at the airport, great transportation. Unfortunately for us, our train went on fire in Reims and instead of a 45 min. train back to Paris and the Hilton we came in at 2:30am and had to leave by 11:00am. We didn't get to see or do much, but we wished we had more time. The Paris Hilton was great. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Europe. Both Hilton's that we stayed at were great. Thanks Hilton. You turned our nightmare night of train riding into a beautiful memory at the Hilton.

Automatic window blinds operated from the bed. The service charge for the museums were too high. Nice modern decor but comfortable.

We got off the train and were so happy to see the Hilton bus waiting to take us to the hotel. We were train traveling all across Europe and it was wonderful not to have to take a metro or taxi. Thumbs up to the Hilton for providing this service. Although the hotel was excellent, all area's of service, room quality, it's a little outside the town. So it wasn't easy for us to explore when only there for a day. So we did find a little shopping center, activity fun center and a few shops next to the Hilton. Wonderful ice cream shop. The bartender at the Hilton was also the best. Friendly, helpful and shared a few local wines with us that were out of this world. The restaurant in the Hilton was also excellent. We would go back again, they do have transportation into town if you have the time. Great place. I loved the two Hilton's that we stayed in on our travels. They treated us great!

The shuttle could have run a bit more often, we had to wait for an hour and a half at the Station. The rooms were very modern, wood floor, lots of glass and metal. But breakfast.... just fantastic. Very nice staff. We will be back.
