Great Hotel and location if by the NEC. Very quite rooms but no internet in the single room was a downside.

Always enjoy staying at the Hilton Metroploe the food is fantastic!

With this being a Hilton, I expected a certain level of quality in the room, which unfortunately wasn't there. It wasn't bad at all, but it just seemed a little antiquated. When you say Hilton, you get a picture of a modern, up-to-date, quality hotel. The restaurants were very good.

We requested a no-smoking room but ended up in one anyway. It absolutely stank of stale smoke, and though there was nothing obvious the place did not feel clean. The en-suite is tired and needs a facelift. The hairdryer is in the bathroom and not at all convenient to use. Food in the Millers Bar is very average quality but expensive. The best thing about the place was breakfast, though the 1st pot of coffee was cold. The only thing going for this place is its proximity to the NEC etc. I would use it again, but I would make certain about getting a non smoking room and take a lot of hand wipes, hairdryer and make sure I ate somewhere else before returning there for the night.
