Very convenient after a long flight SFO -> MAD. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very professional. Quite luxurious and spacious modern design.

Contemporary furniture, everything you need in a hotel. Pool was closed too early at 21: 00 hrs.

The Hot Deal is great value. Rooms are large and quiet. Shuttle service to the airport is a welcome extra (free of charge but not advertised on the website.) The hotel is new, opened only in mid-2008. Breakfast is great. The small annoyances were the intermittent problem with sound on the TV channels, which they were unable to repair whilst I was there and the unplugged phone that did not work, but was fixed.

This is a first class hotel with beautiful facilities, gorgeous and comfortable accommodations and outstanding service. The free airport shuttle was waiting just outside the baggage claim area and when we checked in they offered us a very reasonable upgrade to the Executive Floor that included access to the VIP Lounge with free tapas and cocktails (until 10:00 p.m.!) as well as an invitation to the complimentary full breakfast buffet in the restaurant the next morning. The room was simply stunning.

Hilton Madrid was the luxury at its best! Welcoming friendly staff, elegant lounge and dining areas, 5 star spa bathrooms, and comfortable rooms. I would have liked to have more channels with the English language but the movies and CNN were fine. The whole experience there was fabulous. I stayed overnight there on my way back to Miami. I was speechless when I got into the glass elevators and made my way up to my room and then I opened the door to a luxurious spa bathroom, a flat screen TV welcoming me to the Hilton, a spotless room with a modern artsy look with crisp clean white sheets and a comforter. The A/C worked good and my internet connection did not have any problems I signed right on. My overnight stay there was fabulous. Thank you Priceline & Hilton!

This was the perfect place to stay before an earlier flight out of Madrid. The hotel was top notch and the staff was friendly and spoke perfect English when I was struggling with the Spanish.

This is a great hotel for the price. I responded to various Sheraton/ Starwood surveys after this last business trip throughout Europe... I told them to stay at the Hilton Madrid Airport if they wanted ideas on how to improve their locations!

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was excellent. Food is very expensive. Excellent stay if you need a room close to the airport. Rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable.

Convenient to airport. No reasonable restaurants in vicinity.

This hotel is very convenient for its proximity to the airport, and has sleek, comfortable rooms. (I especially liked the separate shower and huge tub.) However, the hotel is not close to anything but the airport, which means that you have absolutely no choice for food. Paying 26 euros for breakfast--with no option to even get just a cup of coffee--is absurd! Better off eating at the airport. My other two complaints were fairly minor--a very hard bed and sheets covered in some kind of rust spots. (They'd clearly been washed, but it looked weird.)

New facilities, modern appointments, great staff. The ridiculous restaurant, the location. A beautiful modern hotel in a terrible location. Very close to the airport, but nothing else. If you want to eat you can either pay almost 25 euros for a shoddy hamburger in their restaurant or drive/taxi somewhere else.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and it was very nice. The only drawback was on the Sunday there is nothing around other that movies and restaurants that are open. Located very close to airport and business, one shopping mall which was closed on sunday.

Clean, modern and elegant decoration. Excellent staff. I would recommend it for any traveler that must stay overnight close to the airport and for any business that needs conference facilities and very nice accommodations for its associats.

We stayed here for the convenience of getting to the airport for a 7 AM flight the next morning. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the room comforts and to lounge by the pool! Staff was noticably friendly. Internet service should have been provided free of charge.

The hotel is fabulous! Spacious, clean, quiet, modern room with super amenities. The staff were great and the restaurants super. I would not hesitate to stay at this Hilton again and would recommend it to any single, business traveler, or couple.

This was a one night stay before flying back to the US. The hotel was very convenient to the airport, and had a free shuttle (which saved about 15 euros each way).

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Although the website shows Internet Wi-fi, you need to get an account with swisscom and if you want unlimited access for 24 hrs you have to pay 22 euros, way too expensive as all other hotels did include for free. Location is not too great either, but it is the airport Hilton and you are staying in the hotel relaxing for the rest of your stay. If you want to adventure, the metro is within 500 meters from the hotel, you just have to get into the adjacent neighborhood and find the metro and some cafeterias as well. The breakfast package cost 60 euros and includes breakfast and internet at the business center. (Not Wi-fi). Hotel is very high tech with great TV's, bathroom is great and beds are very comfortable. The airport shuttle takes no more than 15 minutes waiting time and it is around 15 minutes to the terminal. I would definetely stay here again but business or just one day waiting for departure back to your final destination.
