This was a quick, last-minute get away decision that could not have been better. The hotel is a great place for a little bit of R&R with all the amenities and excellent service you would ever need. The dining options were excellent and mostly reasonably priced.

Beautiful ocean views. The El Manson restaurant was not good at all! Great location and a beautiful establishment.

The Hilton made our first time to Mexico a great visit! I highly recommend this hotel for people who are not fluent in Spanish and/or are first time travellers to Mexico. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained and the personnel are helpful. The concierge was very helpful in coordinating a fishing trip for my husband and horseback riding for me. The only recommendation I have would be for them to have additional dining options (we hit all 5 restaurants during our stay; some twice). Also if you need a late check out, let them know well in advance so they can accomodate.

Luxurious facility, outrageously delicious food, the best breakfast buffet ever, gracious staff! This hotel is gorgeous - it far exceeded our expectations! Everyone on staff at the hotel was friendly and gracious. Our room was very clean and huge, and the view from our private veranda was fabulous! The food was beyond excellent. There was no concern about food or water related illnesses. (The only small drawback was that the sand on the beach was very coarse and it was painful to walk with bare feet.) We wish we would have had more vacation time so we could extend our stay there. We loved it!

Hotel stay got off to bad start. First they front desk assigned us to room looking at Melia, a partial ocean view room even though we booked a ocean view. After showing them our confirm, we moved our luggage to new room (had to take 2 doubles room instead of king). We couldnt get hot water to work in shower, and as we turned nob w a bit of force it broke right off. Maintenance could not fix it that night, and we were forced to shower in another room that night as we did not want to move our luggage yet again. The shower was fixed the next morning. On our 3rd night, the music was so loud coming out of the lobby bar, coupled with people screaming, I called the front desk at 1040pm and asked "when will this end, its been going on a long time". They said 1030 or 11, and it did quiet down shortly after my call. On the positive side, the hotel was in great condition, very clean, nicely appointed, poolside was great with friendly servers. At checkout they charged me twice the amount for service fee/resort fee which they were supposed to, and I had to get Orbitz call for a refund. Would i stay here again, maybe. I liked the location, and hotel itself. Just seems like I had many things go wrong.

It was immaculate, and beautiful. They hotel charged an additional $40 service fee per day.

Excellent service & facilities combined with perfect weather made it an ideal vacation. Only criticism was that golf (not provided by hotel) was very expensive.

The staff and hotel were wonderful. Resort fee should include internet. Hotel map needed in rooms. The Hilton in Cabo is a perfect hotel property overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy sunsets from either one of the pool that overlook the ocean (with swim up bars). Our oceanfront room was perfect. It looked liked all rooms had ocean views. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower & a separate spa tub that has a widow that can be opened to look through the room and patio door to see the ocean. Maid service twice a day. The staff was wonderful and always helpful.

not a good location for the family to stay. It is away from shopping center and only dining options you have only at the hotel's restorant which are very expensive and if you would be close to the city it is 50% less what you are paying at the hotel. I did not like the location at all, although beach was very nice.

Pool. Service. Very poor service. Did not work with diet restrictions of my wife. Order was wrong many times had to send food back many times and still item appeared on check. Never again will we stay at Hilton Cabo!

The Hilton Los Cabos is a great hotel. the rooms were clean and decor was classic hacienda style with a modern twist. Staff were all service oriented and efficient. We went in September which is a low season for them between summer and the winter snow birds. the welcome margarita was welcome! We used the shuttle into cabo and san jose, it was easy and convienient. We liked the pools and the lounges. Everything was so relaxed. No complaints. Great time.

Outstanding staff and service, located on the beach with public transportation out front. There was a daily resort fee we were not aware of until check-in.

A friend and I stayed at the Hilton during a business visit to Cabo San Lucas. Neither of had ever stayed here and were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The room wasn't quite ready for us but after checking in the the gentleman checking us in supplied us with cocktails and directed us to a beautiful lounge area overlooking the hotel pool and beach. The service at the Hilton was outstanding and warm.

I was really impressed with the consistently good service we experienced. The extra touches were well noted. The loud techno music around the pool and high prices of food. Outstanding experience at the Hilton Cabos. We loved the room, the pool, the service and the food. We really enjoyed the extra touches of frozen fruit in the morning. Nice touch of a welcome beer too. Only negatives were the loud techno music at the pool as well as the prices of the food. Mini bar was warm as well.

Staff was amazing! They carried things for us, always said hello. I would live at this hotel if possible. The beach is amazing and the staff is very helpful. On more then one occasion I had my hands full (shopping) and they approached me and helped carry my things up to my room. Staff always smiled and said Hola. We left our balcony door open at night and listened to the ocean. It's a great place to stay!

Infinity pool. Location and ridiculously expensive. Not family friendly and outrageous prices-house glass of Merlot $15.00!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The bath room is one of the more spacious I have ever stayed in. This Hacienda Style hotel with its infinity pool, had a beautiful view of the ocean and the service was outstanding. However if you like to explore the surroundings, it takes 20 minutes by cab to get to San Lucas or San Jose. Eating at the hotel is very very expensive and the food was not always very good.

Great service, great view and a fantastic place for R&R. This is the Best hotel-resort I have stayed at in over 20 years. The service was so attentive we never had to think about anything. Thanks.

Very nice. Food and drinks were very expensive. Not a great location to Downtown Cabo. Very nice, but expensive food. Had to get up early to get a spot at the pool.

The hotel was beautiful and is perfect for couples. The Hilton is the only hotel in that area that has a swimmable beach. The location required you to take a taxi to get to where most everything was going on and that it wasn't as family friendly as I would've liked. The hotel is beautiful. Very quiet atmosphere. I think it's more geared for the couples rather than family. I would definitely stay here again if it were just my husband and I. I would suggest an all inclusive resort if traveling with family since the food was very expensive.
