Room was excellent size. No Microwave open as part of the package. Modern hotel, good size room, front desk responsive.

Convenient to train station. Room is outdated, particularly bathroom & air condition. Nice hotel, but very disappointed in room. Old style air condition system with drapes right over system. We had to put our sneakers against bottom of drapes so air could be distributed to rest of room. Bathroom was very worn out and needs to be updated. The rest of the hotel was fine.

The attitudes of staff. The hotel manger was rude and unprofessional as well as the front desk clerk.

Check out was quick and efficient. I disliked everything, from the arrogant clerk at check-in to the noisy lounge music. For starters, this hotel is undergoing some kind of renovation, so that the entrance is located around back. This was my first, and shall be my last, stay, at the Woodbridge Hilton.

Incredibly comfortable beds andvery clean. Really liked this hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Even my 11 year old loved it. Convenient location near the Garden State Parkway.

Location is key. Clean & Lobby was very nice; restaurant food was decent. Parking under construction; only one open entrance to hotel.

Staff sent us a microwave to our room to heat milk for our toddler. No fridge in the rooms. Nice hotel for staying in this area of New Jersey.

Size of rooms, nice lobby. Bathrooms are small. This hotel is close to shopping and public transportation. They even have a shuttle that will take you to nearby NJ Transit. I always enjoy my stay at the Hilton Iselin.

Safe didn't work. Pool and gym hours are too short.

Room service was prompt and the food was absolutely delicious. I felt like I was at the restaurant. Hotel specified it had express check out but my bill did not arrive at my room in time. I had to stop by the front desk. The early morning front desk clerk had poor communication skills. I would suggest that the hotel always place their best personnel at the front desk. First and last impressions are everlasting.

I took my family along on this business trip kids loved the pool wife-massage friendly staff all around. I arrived late-no food/restaurant avail. 2nd night 11:30 pm back from work wanted cocktail -bar/club open very uncomfortable I didn't finish drink. Overall stay was average for business travel. Clean room, comfortable bed, newspaper, room service available (but closed when I need it.) Staff was excellent. I brought my family along on this trip, and while I was in a meeting, the kids enjoyed the pool, my wife a massage. After work we took a short trip to the Jersey shore/boardwalk. Great location. My work weekend turned into a mini vacation. The kids loved it. (So did me).

The indoor pool was really nice. My son and I went swimming for the afternoon. The workout room also had very nice equipment. I did not like the club in the lobby. It was too loud when I arrived after 9:00 PM. I highly recommend this hotel. It was very well rounded. It was clean, staff was polite, and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Convenient location. Handicapped room. Not a good hotel. They charge for internet access at the rate of $0.95 per minute. Assigned handicapped room.

Nice staff. They failed to put me in a quiet room, despite my request. Nice facility, friendly staff, but follow through on request re: location was completely messed up, despite availability of many rooms.

It was very easy to get to and quite clean. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything in the next room. This hotel is conveniently located off the Garden State Parkway. The parking is ample and free. The staff was extremely pleasant and the lobby area was large and obviously designed with the business traveler in mind. There are several restaurants although I did not eat at any of them. The room was a good size and clean. Same for the bathroom. It looks to have been renovated in the last 6-8 years or so. The noise from the hallway was a little much but there was a team of high school cheerleaders staying at the time who were congregating in the halls. Also the couple in the next room had a very loud fight that I could clearly hear overnight. I seem to have been unlucky and I think normal noise levels in both places would have been okay. I just had bad luck. The pool was nice but again the cheerleaders and the hot tub was broken. Overall a nice stay and such an easy location!

The potential it had was awesome. No bell service at check-in; food ill-prepared not like room service menu; pool and fitness facilities closed; TV didn't work. Was disappointed with about everything during our stay. Came for the fitness center and pool which was closed due to renovations; had to get maintenance to repair the TV. service; food from room service was not prepared like stated in the menu; had to have room service corrected three times just to get the items ordered; no bell captain or carts available at check in.
