Staff was very friendly throughout stay. Rio Ranch restaurant has definite southwestern flare so inquire if you are not used to. Pricey but the meats are great. Quesadillas were trying too hard...just needed some good simple Tex Mex. Excellent breakfast - OJ is fresh squeezed - eggs supurb - bacon extra thick and meaty. Burgers were awesome. Caesar Salad missed it. Room comfortable. Bed Spread was tired. Bed was unbelievably comfortable and made up for any misgivings. Bathroom very nice. Room had slight dank odor to it and A/C kicked on and off noticeably which was a little annoying. Rooms are paper thin, so ask for a room away from others if possible. Overall good and I'd go back just to sleep on that bed with those pillows again.

Very clean hotel with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant was very expensive. Very nice upscale hotel and would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

We originally booked a king bed but when we walked into our room, it was two double beds. Too tired to go back down to fix. For price of the room, I expected there to be a microwave and refrigerator in the room. No way. Very clean room. Bed was extrememly soft. Lobby area was a glass enclosure that was sure hot!!! Had ceiling fans but did not have them on.

It was near some neat restaurants and shops. The Jacuzzi was not heated & pool was dirty! No towels out when I went. The bellman was always on break when I needed him and I was very upset that the Jacuzzi was not heated (looked behind the wood fence/controls and there was a mess back there). Very dirty, moldy rags on the ground, etc. The pool was dirty and there were no towels out there in the area they were supposed to be. The room was OK, but smaller than the Hilton Post Oak and housekeeping came rapping on the door at 8:00 am.

Great location. No free internet and poor bathroom design. This is a decent hotel but with amenities missing. For example, no free internet that's common in hotels at this level. Poor bathroom design that includes sink and toilet in the same room. It can be rather inconvenient in the morning when my spouse and I are using the bathroom at the same time. No air ventilator in the bathroom as well.

Easy parking and they put me on a floor with a view. TV was a little small. Staff was friendly, room clean and had a great view so my overall experience was very good. Only stayed one night so I didn't' experience food or the bar.

Location. The fact that it was over priced for as little as we accommodated. There was no hot water for a few days. Second we had to pay for internet and to use a computer down stairs. While the room was clean and nice, I would never recommend this hotel ever again, nor will I look for a Hilton to stay at in the future. (I travel every week). May want to work on these things!

Great price, good location, good room. One light bulb was burned out. Parts of lobby were very cold. Wireless internet access fees. The hotel is an excellent choice in terms of access to Houston. The staff were very helpful in giving directions to various locations.

Air conditioning system. Hilton has transformed the room thermostat into a dummy device. No matter what temperature you set it at, you get what Hilton wants you to get which is around 70. I like my room cooler and set the thermostat to 60 and nothing happened. I've noticed this in earlier stays here but the weather was cooler and I did not adjust the thermostat.

Nice beds. Small bathroom. Nice hotel with Priceline prices. Very comfortable rooms with the exception of the bathrooms which are incredibly small and cramped. The bathtub/shower is very high off the floor creating a hazardous condition for the less cautious.

Staff was accommodating to requests for a late check-out. Air conditioning was loud, ineffective, and ran almost continuously. Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff was attentive to my requests. Room was clean and comfortable with the exception of a noisy air conditioner that seemed to have trouble keeping up the high humidity in Houston and ran almost constantly. Hot shower with thick towels. I did not use the restaurant, high speed internet, or any other services, but this is a full-service hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms, probably the best around Westchase. A great challenger to the nearby Marriott; I did not have time to check the internet offering, but I suspect they wanted an outrageous amount to use it. Free parking.

Check in and overall experience. Size of bathrooms. Overall the hotel is a good hotel, I still would probably rather stay at a more business class hotel like a Hampton, seems like you get more value there.

Beautiful room with nice view on main St. Shower ceiling with some mildew. Love staying at this hotel and the location is perfect for our visits. Convenience and very comfortable - love the room we were in.

Good views from most rooms. There was only a small selection of television channels. Lack of microwaves. Hotel was nice, but a small fridge in the room and a wider selection of television (less than 20 channels provided) would have made the week-long stay much more convenient. Also, $13/day or $45/week for wireless internet access is a ridiculous fee. I would avoid this hotel again due to these inconveniences for a lower grade hotel.
