The Hilton Vancouver Metrotown was a very well appointed and comfortable room with a nice view of the surrounding area. The location was well suited for my needs with easy access to both local shopping and to the rapid rail transit to the downtown area. This was important due to the heavy traffic conditions in the downtown area. The staff were very helpfull in guiding me through some excellent dining experiences and around the traffic.

The location was great, the room was spotless and very nice. The ceilings seem thin because we could hear the people above us all the time. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. The room was very nice and very clean. The shower pressure was great (which is important). All in all I think it was definitely worth the money and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I stayed at this Hilton last week and it was very comfortable. The room was impeccable upon entry, stuffed with towels and had a commanding view of the metrotown area from a higher-level floor. I had booked the smallest room at the hotel but was still impressed with the Hilton-level quality. I had breakfast room service and while it wasn't the recipe I was expecting, was warm and well-prepared on the plate and timely. The hotel is in a good area of town and the staff at every turn was professional, friendly (especially the front desk), and welcoming. I did not partake of any activities, business rooms, or restaurants on site but the hotel was clean at every corner. I could see from my upper-level room that the pool was open (after Labor Day even!) and clean though I did not use the pool. I would definitely recommend the hotel to future guests (approximately 20 min from downtown Vancouver).

Wonderful hotel and service. Great location, across the street from Metro Town - a huge mall. Staff were very nice and efficient. Check in was very quick. Room was great, bed comfy and clean. Great view. Restaurant was great for buffet breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Just got back from Vancouver. Was there for 2 nights. For the price the Hotel is just amazing. Yes it is attached to an Oriental Mall but you do not have to go that way if you do not want Just cross the street and you are inside Metrotown Mall. One of the biggest in canada. The staff was also very courteous. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel had great rooms/views in a quiet and central area of Burnaby. The small and Asian oriented mall annexed to the hotel (2nd floor access) offered quick access for some shopping needs but even better within 1/2 block there is the Metrotown Mall that has a few hundred stores. Also great service and delicious breakfast at the Crystal Grille (recommend buying when making room reservation since it's 1/2 price off). Great location, nearby transportation, but with 2 kids a car is almost a must. Most of the attractions were 20-30 minutes away except for Whistler and Victoria Island.

The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The staff washere is amazing and very professional. The rooms are gorgeous and well kept. We enjoyed the TV selections. It is very close to the mall and Sky Train (to take you into downtown). I felt very safe there.

arrived at the hotel and the staff are very friendly. They upgraded us and gave us a suite for free. They helped us with our travel, i.e., how to get to the skytrain, etc. Hotel is right across from the metrotown mall.

We found the room and the view outstanding. The Executivie level service is worth the little more we paid. The room came with breakfast and evening snacks, turn down service, and attentive staff. The nearby Asian and Canadian malls were a nice feature.

Very comfy beds. No mini fridge. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good. It's very close to shopping and the sky train station. It's a little bit of a drive in to downtown Vancouver, but only few minutes if you take the train. We didn't get to experience dining in the hotel, but we ate at a great Thai restaurant across the street.

The Hotel, All staff, rooms, valet service and extra perks were great!! The best. The only downfall is the room service. Very pricey and cold food! Not impressed at all and would not use this service again. Cold gooey crabcakes, yuk. and cold toast delivered with cold butter, yikes.

I thought the location was very convenient, and parking was safe and easy to find. The only complaint was that the room was a bit small. I thought overall it was a good experience. We were able to check in as early as 9:30 AM or so, I cannot quite remember when we arrived but it was much before 11 AM. We did not need to interact with the staff much, but pretty much the hotel had an easy to find location, the room was easy to find and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I also did not feel like I was getting nickel and dimed. The staff was honest and responsive.
