Clean, comfortable, convenient, helpful staff and the boardwalk, pond area was nice. Access to the safe in the room - kudos! Up close parking was roped off. The Hilton is centrally located to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and whatever one desires while relaxing, vacationing or on business. Not knowing the area, I was able to get to Target and back without any problems. Thanks to the hotel staff that provided directions. I would definitely recommend Priceline and the Hilton to friends and family. As a matter of fact, I already have.

This is a very nice & very clean hotel. Well worth the money. Location was great, within walking distance of lots of restaurants & shopping. Pool was clean & well kept. There was also security walking around checking on things which is nice to have in Charlotte. The rooms on executive level were very nice, would definetly stay there again.

Hotel was very full and no parking was available. I was told by the front desk to park at Chick Fillet and walk or valet park (very irritating to climb thru the landscaping to get to your hotel). Two irons that did not work and the bathrooms are tiny however the location and the boardwalk were very nice. Just the little things but was very disappointed by Hilton.

The Hilton Charlotte University Place was in a great location. It overlooks a new boardwalk with many interesting shops to visit. The room was clean but smaller than I had anticipated. It was furnished with two chairs that had a great view of the surrounding area.

Great location and close to everything. Wonderfully clean and everything in good condition. Incredibly slow wireless internet service and single cup coffee maker were disappointing.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, front desk service was great and helpful. I was disappointed that on line when I booked the hotel it was stated that there was free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. This was a huge factor for me as I needed to travel back and forth to the University of NC at Charlotte quite often, when I got to the hotel I was informed that this service was only provided Mon thru Thursday and not on the weekends. This was not stated on the website and I had to pay 10 everytime I wanted to go to the University or anywhere that I could not walk. (this was each way) I did let them know at the front desk that I was disappointed about this and the woman did write down my complaint. This needs to be stated on the webpage clearly because it did get quite expensive to go anywhere.

The workout facilities were excellent and the location is perfect. The birds in the trees in the parking lot made a mess of the car. Will not park next to a tree next time. I strongly recommend this facility to any and all travelers.

I was thrilled to find the Hilton and see that I was surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The parking and ease of getting into the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I needed directions to get to a business and the staff did this on the internet for me since I did not have my computer with me. Very good service!

Beautiful room. Friendly staff. You had to pay to watch television! I definitely enjoyed my stay. I would recommend the Hilton to friends.

When I checked in the girl told me they went non smoking Jan. 1. She was kind of nasty about it telling me if I smoke in the room I will have to pay $200.00. Everything esle was very good. We ate every night at the hotel. Awesome food. Can't say enough about it.

I loved the modern decor of the room. The bathroom could have been a little larger. Over all this was an excellent hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. I will visit this hotel again!

The Hilton University Place was very clean and comfortable. It was well located close to shops and restaurants. It was elegantly and tastefully decorated with a beautiful pond/water area outdoors. I would have liked to find a hair dryer in the bathroom and the staff who took my room service order could have been a bit nicer. Staff at the check-in area were corteous and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasent experience and plan to stay at this Hilton the next time I am in Charlotte.

Weight room. Elliptical, treadmill, free weights, balance balls. Friendly staff, free parking, close to good restaurants, food shopping and a hospital. Easy access to I 85.
