We had an overall good experience. There were some problems with elevators not working, no ice machine on our floor and the door to our room not closing properly. Some were due to renovations, but some were not. The room was very nice and the location was fantastic for UF families. I do wish there was a more convenient dining option in the morning (ie. breakfast buffet or coffee bar in the room.) Our a.m. room service was not correct and we were charged for the correction. Other than minor things, the overall stay was great. I would definately stay again as I don't think the problems we encountered were a good representation of this hotel.

Location. If you are visiting the University of Florida, this hotel is very close, great fitness area, clean and friendly. I will stay there again.

You can't beat the location if you are visiting the University of Florida. They did forgot the champagne in my room but it was taken off my bill. Room service was quick not over priced and very good. The room was clean but we had a view of the parking lot. The staff ws friendly and I will return when school is back in since I do business regularly at the University of Florida.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The room service was great. The pet fee for one night was $50. The rooms were very nice andy extremely comfortable. My self and my two children enjoyed our short stay.

Location. Cleanness of bathroom. Overall is nice with friendly staff, but they have to be very careful about cleaning of the room/bathroom prior to the next checking.

Comfortable beds. No mini-fridge in our room and DVD player would have been nice. We had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful and very polite. The room was nice, but not as big as we expected. The bed was very nice and big. It was in a good location in Gainesville so getting something we needed was very convenient.

The room was upscale and lovely with primo bed linens. The main restaurant was closed for renovations and had to use the bar area, which was very noisy. This hotel was a leap away from the expressway and the rooms were very updated and lovely. Even though there main restaurant was closed for renovation, our food was good, and served by a pleasant and happy staff member. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Wonderful location just opposite the museums we came to visit. The limousine service and advice for dining spots was much appreciated and right on. Location is prime for any conference or other university related activity.

Location, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed Walk from parking to room. Very clean room with very comfortable bed. Sheets were great, plenty of towels. Hotel staff were fantastic. 36inch flat screen TV, pool and spa area was clean and comfortable.

I liked the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the room. The soundproofing between rooms could be better. I have stayed at the hotel twice. I enjoyed my stay on both visits and would gladly return. The hotel is conveniently located to the campus and medical facilities. Nice lobby, clean rooms.

Proximity to UF is perfect. Very clean, perfect for parents visiting the University. I think you need to upgrade the star level of this hotel. It is far superior to the other hotels listed in the same category in Gainsville.
