As a vegetarian, I'm accustomed to bringing my own food. This Hilton added a small refrigerator and microwave oven for my room, and they did NOT charge me extra for these!!! Finally, a hotel that had the accomodations that met my needs, gladly provided them with a smile, and at no additional charge. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. The room door had a slight jam that was repaired within 3 hours of my notice in THE EVENING --they offered me the choice of relocating to another room or repairing on-the-spot. The fitness room was well equipted with free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, and cool. WAY TO GO, HILTON!! Government travelers beware -- Government rates in Canada are different from US government rates.

Staff was great at the Hilton. Really felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. New renovated rooms are stunning and the location was perfect for our weekend getaway.

My friend and I had a great stay at the Hilton while on a motorcycle trip through Canada. This hotel was in a great location. Our room offered us a great view of the CN tower, and put us in a central location to visit local shops and Bars. The hotel had on site parking under the hotel for our motorcycles. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was very much like what I have stayed in Europe. It had a wonderful pool and whirl pool. I would love to stay again.

Very clean and functional rooms - nice layout, good number of outlets for computers, cell phone chargers, etc. Daily maid service was prompt and complete.

Great view from room. Hefty charge for local calls, no free Internet, no free breakfast. Hilton Toronto is in a great location for sightseeing and business. It's great if you want to use public transportation and walk downtown. There are almost no free amenities from the hotel (phone calls, breakfast, etc). The concierge was new, so she did not know anything about the area. The hotel should put an experienced local in that position.

I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

We needed a quiet place to sleep after late night meetings and in expectation of a next day packed with business... were woken at 7:45 in the morning by renovation noises... we weren't advised in advance that construction would begin at this early hour (on a Saturday no less!!)Manager quite snippy about providing rebate... ultimately got 50% off of room, but I ask you if you order a rental car and it comes with no wheels should you still have to pay 50%??? if you order a burger and it comes with no meat patty should you still have to pay 50%?Seriously suggest you take a miss on this hotel for the time being (a pity really, other than the manager the staff was extremely accommodating and professional)

Easy in and easy out at the front desk. The hotel is in a simply superb location to enjoy Toronto. Toronto itself is a dazzling, cosmopolitan city with a tremendous number of varied activities, places to see, and an eclectic array of dining experiences.

Great hotel, clean, beautiful lobby and rooms. Great pool and awesome fitness center. I have a Hummer and their was no hotel parking arrangements for large vehicles, so I had to park down the street. The hotel was great, modern andclean. The staff was excellent.

What a great time we had at the Hilton Toronto. Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to the second we left. We were on the Executive level of the hotel which is second only to the CN Tower for best views. Also, there is a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the hotel... what a fabulous meal! This was by far the most relaxing weekend we've had away in a long time!"

Right in downtown Toronto. Close to the Airport Express Bus drop off. As a city walker everything in walking distance of theaters, Rogers Centre (best baseball stadium hotdogs ever!), CN Tower, Chinatown, restaurants, clubs, streetcars, subways. Across the street from the performing arts center. Get a day or week transit pass for non walking trips.

The hotel is very well located, near main downtown attractions, restaurants, bars, theaters and entertainment sites. Public transportation is available nearby. The pool area is very nice. Our room was renovated and comfortable. It was located in a high floor, so it was very quiet. We've got a very nice view of downtown Toronto.

The views from the hotel elevators and the rooms. The $150 deposit on the rooms. Best hotel in Toronto. Next to all the clubs on Richmond street, queen street, and younge street.

Service is amazing at this large downtown hotel. With all the guest in house, both the doorman and the server in Tundra remembered me by name. We choose to pay a little more to get access to the lounge which was absolutely worth it. The views from the 32nd Floor are incredible and they have really taken service to a whole new Level. New rain showers were so good that I didn't want to leave!

We enjoyed our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had an incredible view. There were 4 other family members staying 2 floors below us. We realized our room did not have the Hilton robe. Our iron was also broken, however the iron was replaced right away. The staff was extremely helpful and informative about tours and activities in the area. My husband and I wll visit more often and will request the Hilton.

It was disappointing that the pool was closed for renovations. The location is good roughly a 10-15 minute walk to the CN Tower and Rogers Center. Also a 10-15 minute walk in the other direction to the Hockey Hall of Fame. They advertise in their in room binders that Barristers (the cheap restaurant and bar) is open daily for lunch and dinner but it was not open on Saturday and Sunday. Only Tundra was open with a pretensious and overpriced menu. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout the hotel.

Convenient location. Not enough towels 3 large would have liked four.

The TV was broken, they didn't clean the room, the bathroom was malfunctioning, the firealarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night and they couldn't turn on the elevators afterwards"

Clean and appealing rooms. Great view of Toronto. The fitness center contained a great selection of machines and free weights.
