I took my wife to NYC for Valentines weekend and the Hilton Times Square was amazing! The location is superb, the rooms were very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was so helpful with directions, reservations and tips. The hotle has been renovated and looks like a brand new hotel. The Concierge is very helpful. Right near every Broadway show. Make sure your room face 42nd Street for the ultimate view. Go up to 44th street between Broadway and 8th to John's Pizza for the Best pizza in town. Location is right next to the subway entrance on 42nd street. We will stay here on our next visit!

THe two young girls working the concierge desk were outstanding. Polite, energetic, very helpful, friendly. Made resturant reservations easily at the drop of a hat! What a wonderful experience! Our maid/housekeeping service was also outstanding. The young lady that took care of our room 4212 was gracious, eager to please, trustworthy, and so kind.

Location. Cleanliness of the room and housekeeping. It was OK overall. The location was nice and very accessible to public transportation like subway. Many restaurants in the vicinity which are open quite late. All major midtown attractions like Rockefeller center were close by.

it was a great location for the food network festival. however, most of the cab drivers suck. i was in town for the first time and i knew locations better then them. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. long lines and wait at the consierge table.

I had great experience at this Hotel. As i arrived too early to check in i left my bags at the hotel and the reservation clerk (Alicia) went over precisly how to get to the Statue of Liberty. She was so pleasant and helpful--went way out of her way to make sure i knew exaclty where i was going. A few hours later i was left 2 messages telling me my roon was ready. The room was magnificient...36th floor and clean as a whistle. Matter of fact the room attendants seemed to clean my room every time i left. Concierge service was also top notch. If you are looking for a great hotel with exceptional service you can't do much better than the Hilton Times Square

This hotel is crammed in the middle of Times Square - there really is no ground floor lobby and you had to take an elevator to the lobby and another set of elevators to get to your room. The room was quiet and comfortable and we really didn't have much interaction with staff. However, I had requested a rollaway bed and was told no - even though they could have easily removed the chair and footstool and put a single rollaway bed there and there were no available rooms to accommodate us.

Location, and a very solid Hilton property. Parking is $42. Neat and clean Hilton hotel with a perfect location if you want the hustle and bustle of 42nd street.

This was our first trip to New York, so we wanted to stay in the middle of town. The hotel is well above the street noise, so it was very quiet in the room. The hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and security was good. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. The mattress was great! If you want to stay in the Times Square area, this is a great hotel.

Hilton at Times Square was roomy and dining service was excellent. Times Square is not the best of areas in Manhatten, but the Hilton staff are pleasant and helpful.

We loved the location, hotel staff, and cleanliness of room and hotel in general. Food was very good although pricey. Only shortcoming in the room was the drawer space. There was very little and we had to keep clothes in our suitcases which was an inconvenience.

Great location. Bed sheet was very dirty. I complained about the bed sheet being filthy on checkout and got no real response other than sorry about that.

We thought this hotel was very nice. The room was a good size and we had a lovely view of the river and the Empire State Bldg. Also, the location was great. We were close to the Port Authority bus station, the theatres, good restaurants, and Times Square.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful; our room was great, nice space with a full king bed. The gym was well equipped. I would definitely go back. There was nothing that I didn't like. The Hilton Time Square is a 5 star hotel in the heart of it all. It is very central to every place you want to get to. It was also a nice get away from the occasional craziness on the Times Square strip. Staff were great and very helpful. Our room was a good size and we were able to get a full king size bed. I would definitely return.
