I liked the hotel. the staff was super friendly. However, when they say "newly renovated" what they mean is "currently under construction". The hotel including the room I stayed in is an odd mix of new and old. New bedding and carpet but everything else is totally worn out. I would stay there again just knowing that they are working on it..

It was a clean, safe and centrally located to much of Houston. At check in I was told that I would have to pay $10 more per night for a king bed. They did not hold me to this request.

"The room was well appointed, though the A/C seemed to be stuck onthe coldest setting and weould not turn off. The room service is ridiculously expensive. I paid $11.40 for a regular pot of coffee and they made a mistake with my continental breakfast."

The hotel staff was friendly and very professional. I felt like they were happy to tend to me and my family. The room was great and my stay couldn't have been better. On a scale 1-10 I give this hotel a 20

Close to highway, inexpensive, friendly and helpful staff. Elevators broken on my last 2 trips there. Its not really the Sugar land area.

The location, not family friendly. The hotel was clean, affordable through priceline and the staff was friendly, however, the hotel was located in an unsafe area.

I don't like this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Room is small bathroom very small no exhaust fan working in the bathroom. Corridor smell bad dirty fridge provided blanket had holes. They made us wait for 35 minutes at the lobby to make sure about the payment. They gave the worst room in the hotel. I had to complain about my wrist watch that was lost during the time when the people were cleaning our room and we complained at the reception. They said they are going to contact us ASAP.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was very clean and convenient. The TV could have been better and the bathroom was not up to par for a 4 star hotel.

The air conditioner worked. I requested room service, it never came. I typically never fuss but this hotel was grotesquely dirty. I could not believe the condition of the bathroom. I checked in late and was exhausted so I tried to close my eyes and go to sleep. Before I did however, I completed the room service request for breakfast in the morning and placed it upon my door knob as instructed. I had also upon check in confirmed my visa account with the check in clerk to insure that room service was available. It never arrived.

It's clean and convenient located off the highway. This hotel was conveniently located off the freeway. It was very close to lots of shopping and many different restaurants. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were clean and updated.

Great staff. Clean comfortable room. Restaurant a bit overpriced. This was my 2nd time staying here. Once again, I was quite pleased with the room and the staff. No complaints here.
