Friendly, courteous, and efficient staff. Newly remodeled, upscale rooms. Friendly, courteous, efficient staff and newly remodeled. Upscale rooms, public spaces make this Hilton a good choice for both business travelers and leisure travelers.

8 Floors are currently under construction, and even though I prebooked and prepurchased 2 rooms for my business trip, there were no rooms available. We were redirected to a nearby Doubletree Hotel that was very accomodating and were told that Travelagent would refund my money of *

The staff was very attentive to my requests/needs. There is no continental breakfast included. The prices in Legends restaurant were too high. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly & accommodating. The fitness/exercise area was well kept and it had everything I needed.

I have stayed here many times and have always gotten a clean plush room. It is great for ORU visitors and located in an easy place to visit anywhere in Tulsa (rates are very reasonable for the quality of hotel)

The Hilton Southern Hills in Tulsa was a great motel. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The motel was very well insulated and we were not woken up or bothered by noise of others. Maids did not wake you up at the crack of dawn. The staff was very friendly and what a great value! We were very pleased with our stay.

Udated, comfortable king size bed. There was a roach in the bathroom. This is an overall very nice hotel for the price. I would stay there again.

Everyone in the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only shortcoming was the mediocre food at the resturant. I would probably stay there again due to location to a relative but just eat someplace else, even for breakfast.

The Hilton bathrobe made me feel special after a long day of intense study. Being charge for wireless. As a student, I find this hotel convenient too ORU.

Clean, friendly, nice, good location. All pillows on the bed were feather pillows. The hotel was very easy to find. Staff was friendly. Hotel/room was clean. We did not have a fridge in the room, but got one. Restaurant was pretty expensive, but other eating facilities were very nearby.

Overall appearance. Front desk staff. Hotel & room were beautiful! Phone in room didn't work called front desk from cell to let them know & they just said oh didn't even offer to check it out! Also asked if they know any restaurants that were open late told me no. In past, I have usually been able to get helpful information from front desk, but was not the case this time. Also, I was asked to provide card at check in & assured it would only be charged for incidentals. Since I didn't incur any additional charges, I was surprised to see hotel charged $50 to my account. I called & was told $50 hold is automatically charged for debit cards. This is fine, but I should have been told this at check in, so I had option to use credit card instead, or at least been aware of in advance. Woman on phone very rudely replied that there is a sign in the lobby at the front desk that states this. I informed her that it was past midnight when I checked in after long drive & I may have missed the sign, but that doesn't change fact that I was given misinformation by front desk. She then offered to transfer me to manager. I didn't speak to mgr because I received explanation of charge, but the call could have been handled much better. Being a former customer service rep myself, this is not how I would have responded. Anyway, thanks for listening. Everything else was great.

Kind and efficient. Room 1- air conditioner didn't work room 2-coffee maker didn't work. It was quiet and relaxing. Room service was outstanding!

Clean easily located centered accessible. Front receptionist not too knowledgeable where to recommend. Clients/restaurant or events. Clean and good sized rooms. Close to tourists sites and places. Across oral Roberts university and close enough too okay Schuster man Center.
