The hotel is in an ideal location, however the room was very dirty considering the 4 star status I had to change rooms because the bathroom was filthy and the second one was not much better, so if a clean bathroom and carpets are what you seek please make another selction.

The location of the hotel is great and easy to access. The pricing of the food and the bar is very high. Hilton Singapore is a great hotel located in the happening part of the town. Everything is easy to get to. The hotel definitely ranks in the top 5 star hotel level. Staffis very accommodating and friendly. The rooms have been upgraded since my last stay many years ago. It has a nice Sharp Flat Panel. However, they didn't upgrade the bathroom very well though.

Excelent service! We were able to check in at 7 am, didn't have to wait until usual 12 pm. It was very nice since we were just after 12-hour flight. Storage room and refreshment shower event after check-out are available. So next day after checking out we got a refreshment before taking a taxi to catch our evening flight to Sydney.

Fantastic Hotel in a superb location, staff friendly and efficient. Rooms large, well furnished and quiet, beds extremely comfortable. Comprehensive buffet breakfast. Good restaurant on-site. Lovely rooftop pool with views of the City. A great stay and can't wait to return.

Great location, Great breakfast, room with reasonable size (much more bigger than Traders Hotel) and clean - just the swimming pool is small. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to others.

Had a weekend stay at the exec room. Overall stay was ok, but am disappointed with the service and food provided at the executive lounge, as compared to other 5 star hotels in Singapore.

A great choice of hotel with an attractive price. 5-star room facilities & ambience. Very close proximity to the well-known shopping attractions like Takashimaya, Borders, Wisma Atria & still in close proximity to Paragon, Heeren & Centerpoint. The staff were friendly and I especially love the toiletries from Crabtree & Evelyn. Really pampering :-)
