I was there for two nights. It was great for it price.. Remember it shanghai and your in the city. Great location.. It also clean and new. Enjoy.

This hotel is execellent. This is the second time I have stayed there and I will stay there again next time. The staff is very helpful especially the concerge staff.

Every thing was fine but I think the Hotel needs more maintenance. The Romm was clean, and thethe bathroom too, no problem. The location was good I had the possibility to take the Metro for some tight appointment. Food was O.K. and the service of the Concierge terrible , he needs to be more trained about information of the area. The service in the breakfast area was fast, in the morning no problem.

The service was prompt and friendly. The room was seriously outdated. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel and should not be marketed as one. It may have been considered one back in the day but this hotel is showing its age and the rooms are not up to standard.

despite the unpleasant stay of this hotel, I will try to give an objective review here. There are few unpleasant point here.1.\tas we were checked in (full price), we were told that the hotel currently are under renovation, so that there will be a noise up 9am. and the water supply will be stopped from midnight-6am. Ok, that is what we acknowledged, what we didn't expected were... after midnight, the water supply stopped on time, but the noise didn?t stopped. After still waiting for half an hour after midnight, there were still construction noise, sounds just above our floor, like someone trying to knocking / nail stuff. Into somewhere.. We called the front service, the person on the line told us, ?sorry, there is a renovation my husband answered politely , ?yes, if it is before 7pm, is fine, but it is 0:30am now?. She agreed to check, but another 20 minutes went, there is no more knocking, and hitting things, but there is another kind of noise, clearly some plumbing work went on, I called the hotel manager at 0:50am, and she excused and told us the workers are checking the water vent and promise to let them work quietly. After that is noise is quieter.2.\tthe second morning, 7:30, we were woke up by people chatting, 2 service people were chatting in front of our room for sometime, if just few words, should be fine, but they kept.3.\tthe next, around 8:20am, as I were feeling so tired, there you go, the construction noise started, almost half an hour earlier than supposed to. actually they are a better noise, almost quieter than the noise I got from yesterday night.4.\twell, at that time I thought, I have to write my first review in life.

Location. High internet fees, seedy neighborhood. Tired hotel, in a seedy neighborhood. Great for single business men, but not great with family.
