I fell in love with Quebec during my first stay there in July. The staff at this hotel could not have been more courteous and helpful. I was simply astonished and to be honest I realized that Americans have lost the art of good manners and our country could take a lesson from our northern neighbors. I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Quebec in October. p.s. the breakfast buffet is glorious. the cold oatmeal [sounds bad, I know] is out of this world.

The Quebec Hilton was a great place to stay. It's location close to the old town made our weeken get away very pleasent. We had excellent room service, and one issue with the room which was looked after immediately.A Horse & buggy picked us up at the main entrance, as from there we toured the town. It was a great stay and experience.Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Very accomodating people and close to the Old City. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located on a hill overlooking old Quebec and overlooking Parliament buildings. If you get a south and/or east facing room at a higher elevation you will get a stupendous old city, river, citadel and Parliament buildings view. We were on the 22nd floor. Short walking distance to the Old Quebec city with many, many restaurants.

I loved its conforters! Everything is in cotton and new! I can not understand how a such nice hotel can keep the swimmingpool temperature so low. That's cheap!

"A wonderful, pleasant hotel in a great location with wonderful service, staff and gorgious sunset views. Worth every penny to stay there."

I liked that they provided an empty bar fridge so we could keep our beverages cold. Most hotels have mini bar - impractical. Decor of the rooms. Our room was so hot that we turned the heat off, had the window open and it was -22C. Maintenance couldn't fix it. Good location. Clean, comfortable. Nice view of the parliament buildings from our room.

"Wonderful location near gate to old city, easy to find because of height, awesome views from our high floor room. Pay the small extra cost for high floor. Our only problem was with the lobby and restaurant. There is only one restaurant, so you have many small noisy children even late at night, and the acoustics are lively so noise echos. Our son is sensitive to sound, and could not get out of the lobby fast enough, and refused to eat in the restaurant. Room service was excellent. Many great restaurants nearby."

It was very modern seeming and clean. A bit pricey when you ad in the taxes and parking fees. Beautiful hotel and location, modern amenities. This is a great place to stay, and is walking distance to most of the Old city attractions.

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now. Even though the decor is a little date, I have always found the rooms spotless and the staff very friendly. Fitness center is lovely. Hotel is located at the gate of the old city without paying the high price of the old city. Also located within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants outside the gates. Can also act like a local and visit shops/restaurants in the block below the hotel. "

Convenience to old Quebec, The view was great. Dog friendly, although they should charge. Friendly. No fridge in room, No free internet. No cot. Good location, staff friendly although I have difficulty with people fretting over me. Believe me I like to carry my own bags. Other then that everything okay!

Terrible parking in front of the hotel. The valet parking guys brought my car back with scratches. Bad experience from that point of view.

The view was awesome. The location was great. We could not check in because the street was backed up with cars going to a senior prom. The pool was under construction.

Extremely easy walk to the Old City. Cost of parking. The hotel was under construction while we were there. The hotel had complimentary fruit and beverages in the lobby, which may have been an accommodation for the construction, but nevertheless, was a nice feature.

Excellent view. No WI-FI. They wanted $12 per day for internet access. Excellent location. The first room they gave us was not cleaned up. Moved us to a different one within 10 minutes. There is no Wi-Fi. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Perfect from the moment I arrived till the moment I left, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Did not like the expensive parking garage. Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience with some of the most helpful, friendly, and speedy front desk and bellhop service I've ever seen. The lobby was beautiful and clean and nicely decorated. The room was superb, the view of Old Quebec from my panoramic window breathtaking, and the marble and granite bathroom was very luxurious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location. The bedding. It was a very clean, comfortable hotel. The only problem was the comforter on the bed. The filling in the comforter was all clumped at the bottom and it continuously fell off the bottom of the bed. We had to keep pulling it up but it would never stay. It was a bit of a frustrating sleep. Everything else was great!

The location, the room window view overlooking the Old City and the full moon rising. Coffee shop in the basement was not open early in the morning, on Sunday. The staff who met us at the door each day was pleasant and helpful, offering specific directions to local sites and making suggestions of activities. The food was very well portioned and the variety accommodated different nutritional needs. Linens were always fresh, and the view from the window in our room on the ninth floor was spectacular. The free newspaper made up for the lack of local and world televised news in English. Everyone we met in the hotel was bilingual and accommodated our lack of sophisticated French well.We had a great time.
