Location of this hotel is great! Right next to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel itself was less than spectacular. My wife and I were on our first anniversary, and instead of getting a king suite that we had booked, we received two queen beds, right next to the elevator. There were really no amenities; internet cost extra, both inside the room and the lobby, no breakfast of any kind, not even continental, our bathroom was dirty, and don't forget, it costs $8.00/night to park and the parking garage will be too full to park in. Overall, not impressed at all, could have had a better room and amenities and a much cheaper hotel.

Very conveniently located to Landing at Bronson. No shears on the window-very heavy drapes only which made room appear closed in. Lovely place and we plan to stay again.

The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is a first class establishment. It is located in the middle of the Branson Landing open air shopping mall. It was nice being able to walk right outside the building to go shopping or to a restaurant. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a one bedroom condo unit. It had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, large bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, and separate shower. We also had a balcony. The kitchen, bath and desk had granite counter tops. We also had a washer and dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. We enjoyed the light/fountain show and the beautiful Christmas tree. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added an extra night. We were in a handicapped accessible room. I think it anyone needing that type of room would find it very comfortable.

This new Hilton in Branson had the most beautiful room we had ever stayed in!! Can't say enough kind words to describe the room!!! Just a great experience and the staff was so helpful directing us around town.

We loved the pool and the view is FANTASTIC! We absolutely love being on the riverfront with stores just steps away.

Location on the Landing. Pool location to rooms was not very secluded from the front door, no Wi-Fi in rooms. This was a clean hotel, very nice rooms and beds. We didn't care much for the pool location because you had to walk through the lobby and pass the front door. The WiFi serves was $10/day when it should of been free.

My husband was doing business in Branson and I went along as I am recovering from surgery and can't work yet. I chose the Hilton for its proximity to shopping & dining and it was perfect--when I got tired, I could return to the room to rest. We were upgraded for free to a lovely room w/ a couch and king sized bed; the room also had a refrigerator and microwave--both proved to be very handy. We had a balcony which looked directly out on the gorgeous Christmas tree that the Landing has up. That was a nice surprise! We were given a coupon for a free movie and it came with snacks that were also complimentary. Every staff member we met was fabulous--professional, courteous, helpful. The only things I did not find to be a perfect fit were these two items: The deadbolt did not work, but I was so unconcerned about our safety that I did not discover this until the second night as I failed to lock the door the first night. The other thing is that our room contained the closet with the heating unit for our part of the floor. It ran nearly continuosly, but cycled off and on just enough to wake me a couple of times in the night. A light sleeper might want to be sure his room does not have that "feature."

Our stay at the Hilton Promenade was absolutely perfect. The staff was helpful and knowlegable. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The room was outstanding. Beautifully appointed and it was if our every need had been anticipated. My wife and I celebrated our 15th anniversary and our stay at the Hilton Promenade was fantastic!!!!

Great staff. Great rooms. Rooms are large, contains a flat screen tv, mini fridge, coffe/ and or hot cocoa set up for 2, writing desk, comfortable sitting chair, large closet with iron and ironing board and a large bathroom with seperate tub and shower. Hotel does offer wireless from the room, but it is 9.95 per day. I called ahead and had the concerierge arrange in room massages for us. She was even able to arrange for two to come, so that we could get our massages at the same time! Very friendly and helpful staff. They offer valet for 4 extra/day, and I reccommend it. All we had to do was push the "valet' button on the phone and let them know we wanted our car, by the time we came downstairs, it was ready-and they had turned the heat on for us! good since it was about 30 degrees. the hotel is located about midway through the promenade, so it made it easy to run our shopping bags back to the room and go back for more shopping. The promenade offers a good selection of restaurants ranging from 'budget" to "pricey". We bought our own cokes and water and kept in the mini fridge. The closet is big enough to hold two people's clothing, and suitcases. There is also a large 6 drawer dresser in the room. The bed contains a serta mattress, which is nice, but it is a pillow top- not good for those of us who prefer a firmer bed. The only complaint I have is that there is not a safe in the room. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely stay there again.

We brought our two year old daughter to Branson for the first time. We think most hotels in Branson have been a little cheesy, so we wanted something a little more of an uptown feel. This hotel was perfect! Close to the strip, and right on the lake. The Branson Landing has gorgeous fountains with fire and music shows, and great shopping and restaurants. We ate at the Cantina Laredo, which was right on the water and amazing! The room was wonderful, as was the bathroom, with separate shower and tub. We will be staying here every time we come to Branson from now on! If you are a younger couple, with kids or not, this is definitely a more modern hotel with a big city feel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would go again but would want a room overlooking the promenade instead of the street.

The room was beautiful, the location is fabulous. The rooms will not disappoint you. They are as clean as they are beautiful. The staff is very courteous and helpful. You walk right out the hotel door to the Branson Landing where there is lots to do. Its a great place to stay. Many nice places to eat there too.

As expected this hotel was super.......its right near the outskirts of town but many small shops along the river...beautiful lighting....a nightly light show right outside the hotel.....and two minutes from center of town and all the happenings.......be sure to get a riverside view....staff very friendly and helpful......excellent breakfast.......would definitely stay there again! There's so much to do in Branson we will definitely have to come back...and we will stay at the Hilton again.......

Check in was very quick and smooth, got a room with a balcony overlooking Branson Landon shopping area. The room was nice and large, small mini fridge in room. The only down side was the bathroom. The shower had no water pressure and there was a lot of mold on the floor in the shower! That is unacceptable for a room that is over $170.00 per night! Also the different towers are not connected and the parking garage is not connected, so if it is raining out, be prepared to get wet when going between buildings!

Very nice hotel. Good location. Computers were down and we could not check in for 5 hours. Very clean. Parking is close to the front desk, but it is inconvenient if you are in the South tower. Also, the parking should be free, not an additional charge.

It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel restaurant was overpriced and the food was below average. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel it is very nice. We have two kids ages 4 and 8 and they love it there. The balconies looking down on the landing are great. There is lot to do without ever getting in the car. Tons of eating and shopping and entertainment for the kids. We will definitely be going back.
