Upon checking in we were welcomed by manager. Attended a special event at the hotel involving racing. Convenient to trams and metro. Located on river with a beautiful atrium in middle of hotel. Prague is a tremendous location for tourists.

Beautiful, airy, modern and attractive building. Comfortable and spacious rooms. A few blocks from city center and conveniently accessible by car or cab. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Location, the beds (too soft). It is a great hotel, but the location is not convenient. It is too far from the activities. Also the beds were too small and soft. I woke up with backaches everyday.

just the best hotel i have ever been

At $40 internet a day and breakfast for $45 a person, this hotel gives the worst impression of a beautiful city. It is a considerable walk from the good part of the city so getting to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge is a pain... Don't venture the wrong direction or you will end up in a shadier area of Prague. The price was astronomical and the overall stay was less than mediocre. It was necessary to change rooms twice because of construction. There are cheaper hotels in better areas with more courteous service. Don't waste your money here.

Clean, large, andsafe.. Not the most convenient location, overpriced extras.

The hotel is in the process of renovation and most rooms are old and worn down. At check in the inexperienced clerk at first did not accept my trave agent e-mail as proof of reservation insisted on voucher which we did not receive from trave agent. Wanted $* extra to give a better newly renovated room. Breakfast was not included in the price and wanted $* per person per day for breakfast. The Hotel is far from the tourist areas and it is in an unfriendly area after dark if one used public tarnsporation. When I complaind next day to the manager he appologized and offered a better room, gave a free breakfast and a a fruit basket was delivered to the room.

The hotel staff was terrific. I would suggest that you recommend upgrading to the executive level. They have a private dining area with breakfast and snacks included including an open bar. Closet space was limited but this is my experience throughout Europe. The staff was very security conscious which made things very comfortable. The hotel had it's own transportation staff with nice vehicles and reasonable prices - it prevented uninnitiated tourists from being ripped off by taxi drivers.

Top class convention hotel. Elevator bank only on one side of building a design flaw in my opinion. Kept with the 5 star rating in all aspects except for minor design flaw in having long walks from elevator to other side of floor.

I can not say enough about the treatment that I received while I was staying at the Prague Hilton. Having stay in many other Hilton Hotels I would not expect any less tham perfect. This particular Hilton I personally think pays more attention to detailes than most other hotels. I wish to thank the management and staff for all they did for me as I did not understand one word of the Czech language and they made sure that I was always given information in English. Once again THANK YOU HILTON PRAGUE

Very modern and beautiful. The rooms were spectacular. The location was not the best as far as neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The neighborhood wasn't the best but it was a quick 15 minute walk into town. The rooms were big and nicely equipped.

The rooms and bathrooms were well-appointed. The location was a little inconvenient for sightseeing. The hotel was nice, although not particularly distinctive or special. We were satisfied with our stay .

this hotel was horrible my room leaked and the neighbors were noisy. the was a vent in the bathroom so people in the halls can hear you going. i got no sleep after i saw the rat in the kitchen.

The separate toilet from the shower was great. Excellent, it is a short walk to a lot of attractions. We didn't even need a taxi til the ride home.

Location to Metro and amenities. Cost for internet use is very expensive. $10 for 15 minutes Manager of the business center was not very friendly. Neighborhood is a little dodgy. Pleasant and expectations met of what I would expect from a Hilton great room, friendly staff overall.
Date of Stay:
January, 2008
Has everything you would expect in 5 stars. The location is not the best for tourism. Has everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel at a reasonable price; however the location is not the best if you are in Prague for tourism.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
Amenities. Just a little far from sites, metro, bus, etc. Great hotel for anyone visiting Prague, both leisure and business.
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Clean hotel, professional staff, just outstanding in every respect. Nothing to say. Excellent hotel for leisure or business. Completely in keeping with the very best things associated with the best Hilton hotels around the world.
