Overall it is good. However, no one including a guest is allowed in the hotel even in balcony. The smell of smoking stayed after we checked in.

I enjoyed the openness of the whole hotel, it was large. I haven't an opinion here. Very nice and comfortable, clean, helpful staff. Convenient to attractions around the area.

This was a really nice hotel. Our room was nice. The water in the bathtub/shower ran out very slow. You could not use the shower back to back because of that problam. This hotel is close to the galleria. There are nice restuarants close by. Nice location. Parking is $ self park and $ valet per day. We will stay there again.

The room itself was OK and was clean. The beds were comfortable. My room was on the west side of the building with an alley outside (on the 6th floor). Twice during my visit the garbage truck came through at 2 AM and slammed the garbage bins very loudly. The sound proofing of the room was minimal.

Self park is only a few dollars less and is about 2 blocks away. Plan on valet parking.

I liked that there was a balcony off the room for smokers. I liked the hotel, concierge was helpful. I liked the hotel, concierge was helpful. Also, self-parking was very easy with an elevator close that stopped in the lobby. Nice feature.

This was my second stay in conjunction with the International Quilt Convention held annually at the George Bush Convention Center which is attached to the Hotel. Very convenient and hassel free. The Skyline Club restaurant was very good....a little over priced. We had reservatins at Spencers but it was cancelled because the kitchen exhaust was not operating. We had dinner at the Lobby Lounge where the burger was great. Same time next year.

The Hilton was nice on the outside, the staff was friendly and nice, the location was great. The problem, the room had a terrible odor, it smelled like wet carpet?!?! It was gross! Everything else was perfect, except for the mildew odor. I will never stay in this hotel, ever again, even if it were free.

ood location and great spacious rooms. The air conditioning in fitness center was not the best. Agood quality hotel located in a great location in Houston.

Room was perfect. Everything was as expected and most of all very clean. Bed was great to sleep in, although it could have been a little softer.

The hotel was still being remodeled. I am not sure that explains the peculiar odors near the elevators. The staff was fast and friendly. The pool was clean and not too small. The gym was a little too spare. Overall this hotel was only satisfactory , it could use a little help.

Super bathroom. Woman at check-in was unresponsive another gentleman was extremely responsive. Attractive hotel, excellent location.

I recently spent a weekend at this hotel in Houston and the location was ideal for shopping and convenience to downtown and the Galleria. The bed was very comfortable and service was as expected. Valet was 21 a night but well worth it. The only complaint I had was that my girlfriend had trouble sleeping at night due to the noise of the air conditioner. It came on every 15 minutes and was loud enough to where you needed to turn up the volume on the TV. Luckily, I'm a deep sleeper and it didn't bother me overnight, but I would not recommend if you sleep lightly.

The Room was bigger than my apartment. The bedding was very nice. The parking garage was a little far though, but not horrible. The walk to it is fully covered.

Cleanliness and staff was very helpful. Parking was expensive.

Location was great. The bathtub was outdated. There was a dirty wash cloth on the nightstand. Great location. Great Priceline price. Great room. Quick check-in. Secure parking.

High-quality mattresses; two-chamber bathroom - shower/toilet in inner chamber, sinks/vanity in outer chamber.

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable room. Cost of parking. This is a very nice hotel with attentive, friendly staff and spacious, comfortable rooms in the Galleria area. We only stayed for one night but it served our needs perfectly. The only negative was having to pay for parking.
