Staff really pleasant. Room ok, bathroom disgusting, I don't think that the chrome fittings had every seen a cloth!lots of sticky fingerprints and other unmentionables and as for the floor I won't even go there. Had to clean bathroom before use. Can't believe its 4 star, I've stayed in 4 star hotels and this is really a 2 star and that's being generous.

The hotel room was clean and the service staff were helpful. The room however, was unacceptable. The toilet did not flush properly, the phone did not work to contact the front desk, there was no air conditioning and the only fan in the room did not work properly. There was one set of towels in the room for 3 people on the reservation, and the pull out bed had no linens for our son. the internet required a cable which was supposed to be in the room, but was not therefore since the phone did not work we had to go to the front desk 3 times in order to procure one. There was a prom being held at the hotel which was supposed to end at 10:15pm, but did not end until at least 11:00 and then the smoking area (outside our room) became the defacto party center. I would not have expected this type of room or experence from the name HILTON.
