Room very clean & stylish. Very noisy, could hear people talking, walking in hallway & next room. The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful however major traffic concerns in front of hotel and in valet loading/unloading areas (very unorganized) took over an hour to get approx. 1/2 a block due to vehicles left unattended. I actually got out of the vehicle and walked the 1/2 block to check in and when I returned my driver had just reached the entrance!

First off the Employee's are wonderful, the hotel is beautiful but the management is terrible. I surprised my wife by taking her to the place I proposed five years ago. I had it all set up same hotel, same table (Thanks to X, the restaurant manager) and a suite. The night started off bad when after a 15 minute wait in traffic in front of the hotel we found out that their Valet Parking was full. Their response drive two blocks and park it yourself. One women from out of town got so angry that she threw her keys at the Valet and said "My car is right over there, park it yourself" After dropping off my wife and finding a garage ($16 for one night) I waited 15 minutes just to check in (Their website says there is a special kiosk that suite guests can check in but I never saw it) When we got to our room the problems started. No soap No Fridge (which they did bring too us) One remote for two tv's (The housekeeper did give us one but it did not work) No robes No Champagne and Strawberries (which were delivered later after 4 phone calls with the front desk) The room looked new but the furniture was scuffed. Now onto dinner This dinner was $70 and it was terrible. The soup was cold. The beef was cold and dry with potatoes so overcooked they looked a dog had relieved himself on the tray. The dessert was the only good thing about the meal (other than the free bottle of champagne our waiter gave us after apologizing repeatedly) My wife and I will NEVER return too this hotel again. To sum up: If you want a beautiful room, great food, Incredible service go to the Omni William Penn!!!

The entire hotel was under renovation! It didn't look like they had any reasonable plan for the project. Rooms were being renovated on every floor and were interspersed with rooms that were already renovated or were partially renovated. Many complaints from conference attendees about the construction noise. My first night I was put into a room next to construction workers on the project. They were ridiculously loud until 3 am. I requested a room change the next day and was put into a partially renovated room but at least it was quiet. During our conference sessions loud music would just start playing over the PA system in the meeting rooms. This interrupted the speakers and was very annoying. This is a very poorly managed hotel.

We went to Pittsburgh for the 4th of July. The hotel was centrally located among the 4th of July activities and everything thing was in walking distance. The room was nice and clean with very comfortable beds. We had a great time and will go back again. Parking was the only issue we had and was an unplanned expense for the trip.

Location was great. Two large conventions in four days meant crowded public areas, long waits for elevators and no rollaway beds.

I must preface this review by acknowledging the fact that this hotel is undergoing remodeling. That being said, there were many inconveniences that should have been avoided. Our ice machine was not working, the remote to the TV was inoperable, my wife said the hair dryer did not work, the wifi connectivity was not working properly and due to construction there was not an operable toilet on the main floor. Overall the room was comfortable enough, but falling apart in a way. The maid service left only decaf coffee, 2 sugars and no stir sticks. The breakfast buffet was less than impressive as well. I've had better at Denny's. The Bar was closed for remodeling also, but they did have a makeshift lounge in the lobby cafe. Kudos to the valet service, as there are absolutely no parking spaces/garages in the area. We loved the shuttle service, which took us straight to our destination and with a phone call to the driver, returned to pick us up. This made our city travel a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had no issues at all. I guess we expected a whole lot more from the Hilton brand.

Very nice, kind of hard to get to because of the construction. Hallway was a little dirty but the room was very clean! Would stay again!

When my husband and I checked in, I opened a dresser drawer and found a bag FILLED with half eaten Chinese food!!! It stunk up the entire room. On top of that, the room was covered in dust. When I say covered, I mean I can run my finger through it and have dust on my hand. It was everywhere- night stands, books, tv, window ledges, and the desk. I called to request a room change and they put us in a junior suite. Well the suite was nothing to brag about, considering it is the size of a normal hotel room. The suite was also covered in dust- it was everywhere. The amount was disgusting. There were stains on our pillow cases, holes in out sheets, and hairs in the bedding that belonged to neither me or my husband. The shower walls also had hairs that were not from me or my husband. There were "other" body hairs all over the bathroom floor. Since I stayed there on the 4th of July it was quite hectic! My biggest complaint is how the staff allows towns people to the bathrooms! There were lines going half way around the down stairs- and non of the people using the bathrooms were guests. While sitting in their tiny lounge, I noticed numerous people walking through the hotel to get to the other side. I did not like this one bit because I did not feel safe. Whats from stopping a non guest from hiding out somewhere/

Hallways were a mess and dusty. Spilled plaster EVERYWHERE! We stayed during construction because we were there for 4 Penguins games and it was close by so we were aware that there would be noise and workers. We were told construction would be 8am-5pm but I heard drills and hammering at 6am a few mornings across the hall from us. NOT a way to wake up after a night out on the town! The walls are almost paper thin! We could hear our neigbords ENTIRE cell phone conversation even with our tv on. We also had a lot of drunk business men on our floor who were obnoxious! Staff was GREAT and very helpful and the shuttle drivers were AWESOME! (Especially X!) The bathroom was not really in a great spot and our room was VERY tiny! The beds and desk/chairs were almost on top of each other. This hotel was all in all nice and I am sure will be GREAT after construction. The pub served great food. A little over priced but thats what you pay for hotel food! The breakfast buffet was GREAT! French toast, sausage, eggs, omlets, fruit, salmon, oatmeal, cereal, bacon, etc!! It was great. A little pricey (18) But WELL worth it! I would stay here again and probably will next time I am in town for a Pens game! It has its flaws but the location and staff make it worth while!

I was surprised that there was no frigerator in the room. And I was very surprised at the cost for valet parking ... which is the only option available. But the comfort and the view were perfect.

The view of the city was beautiful. The bar and the restaurant both closed 2 hours early without notice. The location is prime for shopping and only a mile away from local entertainment. We were disappointed to find out that both the restaurant and the bar closed a whole two hours early. When I asked about this inconvenience in the morning, the staff said that it happened all the time but did not apologize. I've definitely stayed at more friendly Hilton's.

I have never stayed in the Hilton befor and was kinda excited. My excitement was belittled when we first arrived. The cost to park your car is 25 dollars- wow! I think that should be included in the cost of the room. Our room had some sort of film over the window so you couldn't see out at all. So not being able to see out the window and the overall cost will help me to not choose this hotel again.

As I mentioned above, parking was the biggest issue, I didn't realize how difficult pittsburg would be to navigate and the valet parking seemed a little pricey. The price of the hotel was good though and the building itself kept very clean and presentable.

It's location right at the park and fountain. Exercise equipment was in poor condition. Construction and closed streets around the hotel made arrival very confusing. Everything was great about our stay, except that they need to pay a little more attention to three minor items - valet parking was not moving any cars (ten or more) when we arrived on Friday night, so we had to park illegally just to be able to check in - many of the pieces of exercise equipment were partially or completely inoperative - and the ice machine on our floor was off or inoperative.

The hotel was ok but when we arrived at 11:30 a.m. we were told our room wasn't ready even though we booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms was already given to another party who travelled with us who arrived earlier. So we left and explored the town, returning at 2:30 and our room still was not ready. The employee at the front desk gave us another room two floors below the rest of our party. We weren't too happy about that. Also, the bathroom wasn't extremely clean... the floor was dusty and the vanity top wasn't completely clean.

It took over an hour to get to the check-in desk, theres no parking at the hotel. The staff was no help finding parking else where. We had late check-in after 4pm, we arrived at 6pm and our room was still not ready (check-out is 12pm). We could wait one more hour or get a different room we didnt pay for with no compensation. Great location by the point, heinz field and the pirates field; but overall not worth the hassel and headache. I will never choose this hotel again.

Valet parking was full, so I was forced to pay $37.00 for inconvenient public parking - hotel would not help alleviate situation.

We went for a weekend getaway to see Artie Lange at Station Square & tailgate with friends at Hienz Field prior to a concert. Hotels location was within walking distance for both. The room was recently updated in a trendy style & had a fantastic view of Piont Park. Although it is pricey I would highly recommend. One note. Put a cabs phone in your cell due to the fact that once away from the hotel areas they are hard to find
