Service at front desk, valet parking and restaurant were very good. The news is not my choice for newspapers..use state paper. Overall experience very good, from Valet to Restaurant. Room and bed were most comfortable.

Worst Hotel Ever!! Staff was not friendly at all. Location very bad. No wireless in rooms, just in lobby. No self parking only valet which is $ a night. The pool is outside and 3ft deep. The food was too expensive, even for breakfast. Do not recommend to any one.

Wonderful beds. Advertised a whirlpool but did not have one. Valet parking was very expensive. Very comfortable all around but I am extremely disappointed that they advertised having a whirlpool online AND in their in room amenities guide. I met several other guests looking for the whirlpool and when I called the front desk to inquire they said "we don't have one". Also, there is NO parking except valet here, and when a friend stopped by to take me to dinner, he had to pay $18 to park his car in order to come up and get me. That is ridiculous. At $18 a day for parking, the valets got much smaller tips from me than if the parking rate were more reasonable. This is not a downtown location.

This was a nice pleasant place to stay for a business trip. Comfy bed, clean, lots of towels, etc. The burger from roomservice was delicious. (although I was starving.) The service was nice, but not too obsequious. That always feels weird to me. My only complaint is that it's in a pretty lame area. I like to walk around when I'm in a new city and this didn't offer much in that regard. (although, to be fair, Dallas doesn't seem to be much of a walking city.) And if you are doing a lot of work there, don't plan on using the desk. It was far too high to be comfortable for a laptop.

Not too much but the bed linens. Charge for parking, charge for Internet in room. I am still waiting for a apology for the mild case of food poisoning I got from eating bad yogurt one morning. Not even a phone call from the manager to apologize.

What this hotel lacks in luxury it attempts to make up in snobbery. The food in the restaurant for breakfast was served and stored at the wrong temperatures. The French toast was stone cold as were the eggs and the sausage and bacon. There was debris floating in the apple juice glass and the wait staff were forgetable. The towel bar in the bathroom was coming off the wall and the carpet in the room was dirty. The notes left from the former tenant were still on the nightstand. There are many hotels in Dallas, this one is not staying on my list. Boutique Hotel may be a acronym for shabby and expensive.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff, highly recommended. The hotel was incredible, it wasa 3 star but should be nothing less than a 4 star hotel. Staff as amazing, valet was quick and polite, room was wonderful. The bed was heavenly and the hotel room and bathroom spacious. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, great location, wonderful and helpful at the front desk. I will stay here again anytime I come to Dallas....it is the best hotel in the area!

The location and the atmosphere were excellent! I did not like the fact that I had to pay for valet (besides tips) and had to pay for Internet access. The hotel is in a wonderful location. Getting anywhere in Dallas is a breeze. The room and the staff were superb. The only problems with this hotel were the fitness center (lack of cardio machines and weights) and the fact that they nickel and dime you for valet and Internet use. That is not to be expected from an upscale hotel!

My wife and I live in a dallas suburb and were celebrating a special event and decided to stay at the Hilton to avoid the drive home. We were looking for something upscale but not too crazy. We found it. Very, very nice hotel, great staff, very nice room. If we had stayed longer we would have tried the restaurant and other amenities. Great location near Preston Center in Dallas (a fairly high end luxury shopping center). It's a one block walk to the center. Hotel was very quiet.

Staff very helpful. Pool too small, maybe 10x20 and 3 feet deep throughout. Both treadmills in need of repair. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located to freeway access and great shopping. The staff was very attentive.

Impressive service by all the staff. A quiet, convenient respite in a great location midway between downtown and the Galleria areas. The hotel staff are impressively friendly and helpful. They truly made me feel at home. The room was ample, clean and tastefully furnished. The common areas, lobby and elevators were fresh and not overstated. It was the perfect place for a business stay or personal getaway.

Coffee. Very unfriendly, misinformed me. Offered a shuttle from the airport, which when I got there, they did not even have that to offer. They apologized, but did nothing for the misinformation.

Very clean, people were friendly. Breakfast was expensive. It was a very enjoyable stay. I don't like the fact that it was valet parking only. You have to pay a fee, not just tip. The fees were high. The breakfast buffet was good, but very expensive. Overall, however, we had a very nice stay.

Clean. You must valet park $16 a day. Hotel nice and clean but you must valet park if you have a car and the charge is $16 a day.

Great location, great staff, beautiful hotel. Valet parking only. Located on a quiet street in the best area in Dallas, this hotel offers the best of everything - shopping, dining, and great accommodations. Close to major thoroughfares and with everything close, you'll feel like you are living in the best neighborhood in Dallas.
