The waiting staff wanted me to waited for my room for another additional 30 minutes, which was unacceptable. We checked in at noon and they keep stating the room they perpared for me was not ready. This ruin my Hilton experiences with the staff.

Mom, Sister and I just wanted to get away for the weekend. We picked the Hilton because of its location to the casino and downtown Palm Springs. The hotel and the room was very clean. The only place I thought could use improvement was around the pool area. It was very busy that weekend and people were living trash (empty cups, napkins) behind by the lounge chairs. It would have been nice if the staff was on top of picking up the trash. But the inside of the hotel was very clean. We also had messages at the Elements Spa which was also very clean and comfortable. Overall I would absolutely stay there again.

The Hilton Hotel is located next door to the Spa Casino and is only 3 easy blocks to walk to all the great restaurants located on Palm Canyon Dr. in the Village. The best location of any hotel for shopping and fine dining and with the casino right next door. The rooms were very quiet even overlooking the pool area, and all rooms have a private balcony to enjoy a meal or morning coffee on with your special someone.

Location. Desk staff made a point of saying there is nothing I can do. The hotel was average and less than expected for a Hilton. They charged you an extra fee daily that was not posted anywhere but in your key envelope. Every time I went by check out, this fee was being argued. The hotel rooms had an old odor. Staff in general was nice.

I needed to stop over in Palm Springs on a recent trip and not knowing the area, I booked the Hilton. On arrival, the front desk staff were very friendly and were able to make me a last minute spa appointment for later that day. My room was perfect, I had requested a room on a higher floor and they had assigned me a top floor room and had even upgraded me. Their spa is brand new and well worth a visit. I didn't have an opportunity to really explore Palm Springs, but plan on returning soon and will definitely stay at the Hilton.

The most comfortable hotel bedding I have ever slept in. It is close to the downtown strip and walking distance to my favorite palm springs restuarant Las Casuelas.

The food is very good and the Dinner servers are attentive. The lack of control they seem to have over the loud and obnoxious guests. Overall, the Hotel stepped up to the plate and changed our room (and upgraded us to a corner suite) after we complained a couple of times about the loud partying that seemed to be going on throughout the hotel. (We weren't the only ones that didn't get any sleep the 1st night there) However, we did not like the smoking that was going on at the poolside and felt this should have been at the poolside bar.

We stayed at the hotel. The add says pets welcome but pets are not allowed near the pool, in the lobby, or anywhere execpt the room. Hotel staff was hostile when asked why the pets had to be kept in the room. X, the night manager said if we chose not to return, then the hotel won't go broke. Do Not Stay Here with your pet.

The Hilton Plam Springs has great rooms, a nice pool and wonderful food in their restaurant. The staff was pleasant to deal with and met our vacation needs.

I met family members in Palm Springs for Christmas 2007 and stayed at the Hilton Palm Springs. I'm not big on the Holiday's, but this was the best Christmas ever. The weather was great and the stay at the hotel was perfect from the staff to the location. The hotel is located close to downtown dining and shopping, a park where we took the kids to play with their Christmas gifts, a casino with a great buffet, and the tram where we took the kids to play in the snow. On Christmas day there was a fantastic buffet in the hotel lobby which was awsome. The service was great, the food was fantastic for the adults and the kids, and it was so nice to not have to cook all day them clean up after; which is what we typically do. I don't have any complaints about this hotel. It was the best experience I've ever had when traveling. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the view of the pool and the mountains were beautiful. I would totally recommend this hotel to others and I myself would love to visit again.

The Hilton Palm Springs have excellent, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Amenities are excellent. Everything about the hotel is good except for the fact that I felt nickel and dimed for everything from having to pay for parking to having to pay to use the fitness room and wifi internet. Other than that, can't say anything bad about the place.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was once again pleased. The room and view was even better than before. Check-in took literally under a minute. The restaurant staff was accomodating and friendly. The room, bed and decor was nice and clean for the most part. When checking for items left behind, found someone else's receipt under the bed and also noticed dust and debris. Other than that, the stay was great. I am definitely staying there again and recommending it to friends.

Nice room- view sucked though. Bathroom could use a little upgrading, but overall was very happy. Staff was nice, and freindly, and the pool/bar was great! Would come again for that...

The Hilton was great. The woman at the check in was great!! She was very helpful with everything and made my boyfriend and I stay with The Hilton wonderful.
